Yesterday morning the price of a barrel of crude oil rose to a new record of nearly $104 a barrel, as the dollar continues to weaken against other world currencies. According to the Massachusetts Division of Energy Resources, the average price of heating oil in Massachusetts on Feb. 26 was $3.41, almost $1 more than last year's average price.
