Matthews receives award for dedication to community
NEWBURYPORT — Peter Matthews, Jr., President/CEO of Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union, received an award for his dedication and service to others at the 20th anniversary Costa-Eagle Communications awards ceremony. Matthews also serves as Treasurer of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member and Planning Committee Chairman of the Workforce Investment Board, Vice Chairman of the Massachusetts Credit Union Legislative Council, and a Board Member of the Northern Essex Community College Foundation.
