New marketing director at Firehouse Center
NEWBURYPORT — Pamela Perkins was recently named the new Firehouse Center for the Arts Marketing Director. Perkins has more than 35 years of experience in marketing and the arts in the Northeast from New York City to Maine. Most recently, Perkins held a position at the Center for Creative and Performing Arts Program at Salem State College.
Keohane named Renaissance Gardens Household Coordinator
NEWBURYPORT- Newburyport resident Bryan Keohane was recently named the Renaissance Gardens Household Coordinator. He will be responsible for working with the team to plan, coordinate and implement the Assisted Care and Concept in the Renaissance Gardens and Assisted Care rehabilitation facility in Peabody. Keohane has been with Renaissance Gardens since February 2005.

NEWBURYPORT- The Bracken School of Irish Dance has arrived in Newburyport. Thomas Bracken, a choreographer for the Duffin-Murphy School of Irish Dance is the new director. A native of Tullamore, Ireland, Bracken is a graduate of University College Dublin and specialized in the arts for 25 years.

GROVELAND — Uptack Timberframe Remodelers won Best Whole House Remodel Under $200,000 at the 15th annual Chrysalis Award for Remodeling Excellence, at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Ga. The award winning project focused on the renovation of a 1840 home and implemented an open concept for the kitchen and dinning area.
