John is the son of Candace L. and John N. Pritchard, Sr. of Newburyport. Morgan is the daughter of Stephen and Jeanne Hood of Burlington, Vt, formerly of Newburyport.
John is a graduate of Suffolk University of Boston and is a Publishing Editor for Dartmouth Journal Services in Waterbury. Vt.
Morgan is a graduate of Smith College of Northampton, Mass. and is an Executive in the Business Development Department of Vermont Energy Investment Corporation in Burlington.
They are both graduates of Newburyport High School.
A garden wedding reception was held at 1 Chaisson Road, Newburyport, home of the groom's parents.
After living in Kauai, Hawaii the Newlyweds are making their home in Burlington.
