WEST NEWBURY - A Salisbury man who is still hospitalized after a head-on collision March 10 has been issued a summons for driving under the influence of drugs.
James Ahearn's Saturn sedan hit a Honda minivan while traveling east on Route 113, according to the area accident reconstruction team.
