NEWBURYPORT: Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived cases recorded on Friday, March 21, in Newburyport District Court:

Albert Sargent, 18, 26 Sparhawk St., Amesbury; resisting arrest, continued without finding for 18 months, assessed $50 for the state Victim/Witness Fund (VWF); disorderly conduct, continued without finding for 18 months (Amesbury); possession of marijuana, continued without finding for 19 months, ordered to stay drug- and alcohol-free, submit to random screens, assessed $50 for the VWF (Newburyport).

Ivan Ramos, 28, 18 Sayword St., Dorchester; possession of marijuana, continued without finding for six months, assessed $200 costs, $50 for the VWF; vehicle equipment violation, found responsible, filed (State).

Bobby M. Boyd, 26, 6 Upland Place, Lynn; driving after license revocation as a habitual traffic offender, found guilty, fined $500, assessed $50 for the VWF; vehicle equipment violation, found responsible, filed; number plate violation, found responsible, filed (State).

Luciano Sanches, 30, 9 Collins St., Apt. 1, Newburyport; driving without a license, dismissed, assessed $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; number plate violation, found responsible, filed (Rowley).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, March 19, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Brenda L. McNeil, 40, 1 Fourth Ave., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, sentenced to 18 months in the house of correction, committed, three years' probation, two-year loss of license, $250 head injury fund assessment, $50 operating under the influence victims assessment, $50 Victim/Witness Fund; driving after license suspension for operating under the influence of alcohol, while operating under the influence, guilty, one year in the house of correction, committed, one year loss of license; reckless operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, three years' probation; speeding in violation of a special regulation, responsible, filed; failure to stop for police, responsible, filed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, March 21, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Mark P. Adler, 45, 198 South Main St., Seabrook; driving without a license, guilty, $200 fine, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Julie M. Ansaldi, 28, 6 California St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year conditioned upon the completion of an Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $250 operating under intoxication assessment, $50 VWF, $50 operating under intoxication victim assessment; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; equipment violation, responsible, filed (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, March 24, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Robert M. Bickford, 56, 21 Mudnock Road, Salisbury; driving with a suspended license, 10 days in the house of correction, suspended, placed on probation for one year, $50 VWF; motor vehicle not meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards, not responsible; failure to wear a seat belt, not responsible (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, March 25, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Jeffrey J. Adams, 38, 24 Congress St., Newburyport; driving without a license, dismissed with court costs of $100, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded Tuesday, March 25. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Jeffrey J. Adams, 38, of 24 Congress St., Newburyport; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed upon payment of $100 in costs and $50 victim/witness assessment (Newburyport).

Gloria Brackett, 73, of 54 Thorndike Pond Road, Jaffrey, N.H.; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed upon payment of $100 in costs and $50 victim/witness assessment (Amesbury).

Elizabeth King, 43, of 10 Summer St., Apt. 2, Peabody; operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as habitual offender, guilty, one year in house of correction, sentence suspended, two years of probation, electronic monitoring bracelet (Newbury).

Misty M. Hanlon, 26, of 5 E. Lancaster St., Portland, Maine; refusing to identify self, guilty; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, $100 assessment, $50 victim/witness assessment; speeding, responsible, $230 fine (State Police).

John Percival, 50, of 189 East St., Weymouth; driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), guilty, sentenced to two years in the house of correction, five months to be served, 58 days of credit, two years of probation, $1,000 assessment, $250 surfine, $50 operating under the influence victims fee, $250 to Head Injury Fund, must attend Alcoholic Anonymous a minimum of three times per week, eight-year loss of license; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, $250 to Head Injury Fund; marked lanes violation, not responsible (State Police).

The following case was recorded Tuesday, March 25. Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived case:

Scott H. Leighton, 21, of 346 Ipswich Road, Boxford; three counts of forgery of check, guilty, $740 in restitution, $90 victim/witness assessment, six months in house of correction, suspended, two years of probation; three counts of uttering false check, guilty, six months in house of correction, suspended, two years of probation, concurrent; receiving stolen property valued at less than $250, guilty, six months in house of correction, suspended, two years of probation, concurrent; receiving stolen property valued at more than $250, guilty, six months in house of correction, suspended, two years of probation, concurrent; three counts of forgery of check, not prosecuted; uttering a false check, not prosecuted (Newburyport).
