SEABROOK — A Seabrook woman who allegedly stole $12,000 from her employer will be in court tomorrow.

Torie Gello, 32, of Linda Lane, Seabrook, is charged with felony theft after police say she stole thousands of dollars from Gardner Mattress at 137 Lafayette Road in Rye, N.H.

The case stems to Oct. 14, when Rye Police received a complaint from Gardner Mattress.

Police say from August through October of 2008, Gello made several fraudulent deposits into her personal bank account, totaling $12,117.74.

Gello was arrested on Feb. 23 and is scheduled for a probable cause hearing tomorrow in Portsmouth District Court.
