AMESBURY

The following item was in the Amesbury police log:

Donald S. Gibson, 46, 10 Roosevelt Ave., Dracut, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Friday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol for a second offense and marked lanes violation. Officer Raymond Landry and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Interstate 495 southbound.

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were in the Newburyport police log:

Victor Johnson, 24, 51 Hay St., Newbury, was issued a summons at 10:24 p.m. Thursday for selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21 years old. Officer Stephen Chaisson issued the summons at Plum Island Point.

Matthew Robbins, 20, 101 Bellvue Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons at 12:07 p.m. Friday for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Joshua Tierney and Shawn Eaton issued the summons on Plummer Springs Road.

STATE POLICE

The following items were in the State Police Newbury barracks police log:

Matthew Rossiter, 19, 77 Wilson Pond Road, Rowley, was issued a summons at 12:45 p.m. Friday for a marked lanes violation, speeding and negligent operation. Trooper Josh Ulrich issued the summons in Newburyport.

Joshua Kanter, 26, 9 Poplar St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and having no insurance. Trooper Ulrich issued the summons in Amesbury.

GROVELAND

The following item was in the Groveland police log:

Sherry Carrier, 31, 697 River St., Haverhill, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Wednesday for defective equipment, failure to inspect, open container of alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving to endanger. Officer Eric Ryan and Aaron Yeo made the arrest.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

r Angela L. Lancia, 48, 852 Lafayette Road, Hampton, N.H., was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. The arrest was made at 11:16 p.m in Sunday, on Lafayette Road by officers Patrick Smart, Adam Laurent, Kevin Gelineau, and Daniel Lawrence.

r Ashley Cross, 18, 93 Railroad Ave., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license. The arrest was made at 6:20 p.m. on Sunday on Lafayette Road by Officer Frank Brown, Jr.

r Leon Ellis, 44, 79 Pine St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. The arrest was made at the police station by Officer Howard Page on Monday at 11:57 a.m.

r Joshua Burney, 17, 20 Adder Lane, Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant at 5:46 p.m. on Monday. Officer Daniel Lawrence made the arrest at the police station.

r Timothy E. Atkinson, 33, 115 Cimarron C14, Seabrook, was arrested for driving after license suspension. The arrest was made by officers James Cawley, David Buccheri and Jason Murphy on Stard Road at 12:21 p.m. on Tuesday.

r Jeffrey Allan Lennox, 25, 52 Collins St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with four counts of theft by deception. Officers David Buccheri and Justin Murphy made the arrest at the police station on Tuesday at 5:21 p.m.

r Henry Jimenez, 19, 55 Osgood St., First Floor, Lawrence, was arrested for driving after license suspension. Officers Kevin Gelineau and John Mounsey made the arrest on Ocean Blvd. Thursday at 12:09 a.m.
