NEWBURYPORT — The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, May 2, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Darren Royer, 39, 37 Danville Rd. East Hampstead, N.H.; driving with a suspended license, guilty, 60 days house of corrections, 1 day to be served, deemed served (Amesbury).

Michael Maccaro, 32, 112 Old Point Rd., Newbury; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, guilty, 21/2 years in the house of corrections, six months to be served, credit 41 days, $90 Victims Witness Fund; disorderly conduct, guilty, concurrent with count one; resisting arrest, guilty, concurrent with count one (Amesbury).

Michael J. Bamber, 25, 2 Boundry Lane, Congelton, England; driving under the influence of alcohol, guilty, license suspended for one year, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newburyport).

Brian Landry, 24, 17 Powderhouse Circle, Amesbury; possession of a class D substance, dismissed upon completion of a drug diversion program (Amesbury).

Raymond Dostie III, 24, 1 Lonvale Lane, Amesbury; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed after the fifth amendment was exercised; destruction of property over $250, $575 must be paid in restitution, $50 VWF, must stay away from the Gallery in Market Square, Newburyport; disorderly conduct, continued for six months (Newburyport).

Lincoln Hazelton, 20, 26 Sparhawk St., Amesbury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed after the fifth amendment was exercised; disorderly conduct, continued without a finding for six months; destruction of property valued at over $250, $575 must be paid in restitution, $50 VWF, must stay away from The Gallery in Market Square, Newburyport (Newburyport).

Eric Barrow, 26, 1 Denrail Dr., Salisbury; driving under the influence of alcohol, continued without a finding for one year, entry into Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45 day loss of license, $250 Head Injury Foundation, $250 OUI Fund, $50 VWF, $50 OUI Victims Fund; failure to stop or yield, not responsible (Newburyport).

Jason J. Merry, 25, 19 Broad St., Merrimac; driving with a suspended license, guilty, 10 days in the house of corrections, $500 fine, $125 surfine; failure to signal, responsible, filed (Newbury).
