NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

r Dominic Mazzeo, 34, 40 School St., Bradford, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:16 p.m. on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs. Officers Charles Eaton and Ronald Senter issued the summons on Graf Road.

r Wenyon Wyser, 62, 170 Water St., Newburyport, was arrested yesterday at 12:47 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Officers Matthew Simons and William Steeves made the arrest on High Street.

r Matthew Taffel, 39, 19 Woodland St., Newburyport, was issued a summons yesterday at 6:32 a.m. on charges of driving without a license. Officer Shaun Eaton issued the summons on State Street.

r Jeffrey Patch, 31, 13 Surrey Lane, Topsfield, was issued a summons yesterday at 3:05 p.m. for driving without a license. Officer Joshua Tierney issued the summons on Low Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

r Steven Graham, 39, of 4 Country Lane, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 10:42 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Lions Mouth Road.

r Richard Barnes, 25, of 6 Carriage Hill Road, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 9:11 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Michael Purvis made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

r Adam Nason, 26, of 164 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 11:22 a.m. on a warrant. Officer Larry Bybee made the arrest on Whitehall Road.

r Melissa Pugh, 20, 716 Ralston St., Reno, Nev., was arrested Tuesday at 9:55 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Steven Reed made the arrest at the police station.

r David Shorter, 46, 7 Boie Ave., Amesbury, was arrested yesterday at 3:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Officer Noyes made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

r Rodrigo Costa, 31, and Julio Fernando, 36, both of 21 Perkins St., Amesbury, were issued summonses yesterday at 9:42 a.m. Costa was issued a summons on charges of driving without a license, driving without registration and driving without insurance, and Fernando was issued a summons on charges of allowing improper driving, allowing unregistered driving and driving without insurance. Officer Glenn Chaput issued the summonses on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

r Charles Hanson, 32, of 16 Elephant Rock Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 10:11 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and driving without a license. Officers Robert Ferullo and Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Elm Street.

r Shane Funchion, 22, of 22 Franklin St., Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 5:07 p.m. on a warrant. Hunter made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

r Anthony Janvrin, 34, of 19 Boyntons Lane, Seabrook, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:26 p.m. on charges of driving without a license and an equipment violation. Officer Hunter issued the summons on Pike Street.

r James Yescalis, 42, 110 Market St., Amesbury, was issued a summons yesterday at 7:45 a.m. for driving without a license, driving without registration and driving without insurance. Officer Hunter issued the summons on Main Street.

r Steven Randall, 32, 21 Main St., Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 8:16 a.m. and charged with possession of class B and D substances, driving without a license, driving without registration and driving without insurance. Officer Hunter made the arrest on Main Street.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

r Jaime Cruz, 32, 517 Haverhill St., Lawrence, was arrested Tuesday at 6:20 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. Officer Keegan Stokes made the arrest on Scotland Road.

r Joshua Pratt, 23, 9 Brookline Ave., Lynn, was arrested yesterday at 12:55 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, driving without registration, driving without insurance and a marked lanes violation. Officers Lawrence Kent and Adam White made the arrest on Route 1.

GEORGETOWN

The following items were recorded in the Georgetown police log:

r Christine Cranston, 46, of 1 Patriot Lane, Georgetown, was arrested Monday at 9:05 a.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Derek Jones made the arrest on Central Street.

r Gary Nelson, 51, of 246 Kings Hill Drive, Lynn, was arrested Tuesday at 1 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and driving without a license. Officer Derek Jones made the arrest on Interstate 95.

r Harold Rodriguez, 41, 181 Nichols St., Everett, was arrested yesterday at 11:45 a.m. and charged with driving without a license and a warrant. Officer Kevin Deguio made the arrest on Tenney Street.

r Eric Djorgdjac, 29, 70 Baldpate Road, Boxford, was arrested yesterday at 6 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. Sgt. Kevin Defeo made the arrest on Elm Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

r Holly Parker, 17, of 87 Main St., West Newbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:45 a.m. on charges of driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Officers Garrett Greer and Eric Ryan issued the summons on King Street.

r Nathan Samoisette, 21, of 8 High St., Georgetown, was issued a summons Sunday at 4 p.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Officer James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

r Danford Desantis, 23, of 12 Cedar St., Malden, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:45 p.m. on charges of driving without a license and driving without registration. Morton issued the summons on School Street.

r Christopher Leary, 22, of 43 Sherburne Ave., Tyngsborough, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:30 p.m. on charges of driving without registration, driving without insurance and a license plate violation. Morton issued the summons on Elm Park.

r Ayarile Gonzalez, 24, of 6 West Broadway, Derry, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 7 p.m. on charges of driving without registration and driving without insurance. Officer Michael Downing issued the summons on School Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

r Ronald Silverstein, 39, of 452 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley, was issued a summons Sunday at 10:52 a.m. on charges of driving without registration, driving without insurance and driving without an inspection sticker. The summons was issued on Route 1.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Jeffrey Marico, 28, of 2 Ledgewood Way, Peabody, and Kevin Maloney, 28, of 255 Central St., Saugus, were arrested Sunday at 1:11 p.m. on warrants. Trooper Shawn O'Neil made the arrests in Ipswich.

r Frank Simard, 61, of 120 Newton Road, Plaistow, N.H., was arrested Monday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Stephen O'Connor made the arrest in Merrimac.

r Andrew Medeiros, 27, of 5 Dennett Hill, Newburyport, was issued a summons Monday at 10:15 a.m. on charges of possession of a class D substance and following too closely. Trooper Joshua Ulrich issued the summons in Merrimac.

r Muyani Rasume, 29, of 138 Bowden St., Lowell, was arrested Monday on a warrant. Trooper Dennis Lynch made the arrest in Newburyport.

r Shaun McLaughlin, 37, no address given, was arrested yesterday on a warrant. Trooper Matthew Heaphy made the arrest in Merrimac.

r Forrest Hall, 62, 1 Freeman Square, Lynn, was arrested yesterday on four warrants. Trooper Thomas Canning made the arrest in Merrimac.

r Dennis McIntyre, 39, 110 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was arrested yesterday on three warrants. Trooper Edward Johnson made the arrest in Salisbury.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

r Lynsi Knowles, 24, 119 Lower Collins St., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 5:44 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
