Polling sites and times are: Newbury: Town Hall, 25 High Road and Byfield Town Hall, noon to 8 p.m. Rowley: Town Hall, 139 Main St., noon to 8 p.m. Salisbury: Hilton Center, 39 Lafayette Road, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
