NEWBURYPORT
The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:
r Ashley Hayward, 26, and Ralph Dobson, 40, both of 10 Old Point Road, were arrested Tuesday at 8:43 a.m. and charged with possession of a class A substance. Hayward was also charged with possession of a class B substance. Officers Shawn Eaton and Robert Vatcher made the arrests on Pond Street.
r Ruben Aviles, 24, of 62 Windgate Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 12:14 p.m. on a warrant. Sgt. Stephen Chaisson and Officer Jason Kohan made the arrest on Coultin Drive.
r Robert Grant, 47, of 4 Kimball Court, Woburn, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:49 a.m. on charges of possession of a class D substance and failing to stop for a stop sign. Officers Shawn Eaton and Richard Rocco issued the summons on Washington Street.
r Alexandra Deleon, 25, of 148 Tracy Ave., Lynn, was arrested Tuesday at 6:25 p.m. and charged with driving without a license and speeding. Officer Michael Wilichoski made the arrest on Toppans Lane.
r Deborah Depaolatonio, 36, 22 Hilldale Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons yesterday at 2:29 p.m. on charges of driving without registration and driving without insurance. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons on Low Street.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
r Two 16-year-old juveniles were arrested Tuesday at 2:36 p.m. on warrants. Officer David Clark made the arrests on Monroe Street.
r Samantha Landers, 23, of 35 Main St., Biddleford, Maine, was issued a summons Tuesday at 2:34 a.m. on charges of driving without a license, possession of a class D substance and a marked lanes violation. Officer David Noyes issued the summons on Interstate 95.
r Kristen Loomos, 37, of 45 Macy St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 12:23 a.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Sgt. Albert Chatigny issued the summons on Macy Street.
r Jessie O'Keefe, 33, 11 Atlantic Ave., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:19 p.m. for driving without a license. Officer Steven Reed issued the summons on Elm Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
r A 15-year-old juvenile and a 14-year-old juvenile were arrested Tuesday at 3:44 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer James Leavitt made the arrests on Main Street.
r Thomas Simard, 36, of 27 Hamilton St., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 11:16 p.m. and charged with breaking and entering to commit a felony and disorderly conduct. Sgt. Anthony King and officers Bruce Dow, James Leavitt and Steven Sforza made the arrest on CCC Road.
r Rebecca Alicea, 40, 21 High St., Chelsea, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:22 p.m. for driving without registration and driving without insurance. Officer Bruce Dow issued the summons on Rabbit Road.
r Police placed one person into protective custody yesterday.

r Richard Libuda, 47, 16 Riverview Drive, Newbury, was arrested Tuesday at 11:10 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Keegan Stokes issued the summons on High Road.
r Robert McLernon, 28, 3 Endicott St., Peabody, was issued a summons yesterday at 9:59 a.m. on charges of driving without a license and giving a false name to police. Lt. John Lucey, Detective Aaron Wojtkowski, and officers Stephen Jenkins and Mark Smigielski issued the summons on South Street.

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:
r Ivan Rodriguez, 26, and Nayley Flores, 25, both of 26 Huss Court, Lynn, were arrested Friday at 1:34 p.m. Rodriguez was charged with driving without a license and an equipment violation and Flores was arrested on a warrant. The arrests were made on Cross Street.
r Peter Kersker, 23, of 2 Butman St., Beverly, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:08 a.m. on charges of driving without a license and speeding. The summons was issued on Central Street.
r John Noreika, 20, of 8 Oak Knoll Drive, Deerfield, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:26 a.m. on charges of underage possession of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. The summons was issued on Route 1.
r Adam Ciolek, 17, of 38 River Road, Ipswich, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:42 a.m. on charges of underage possession of alcohol. The summons was issued on Route 1.
r Ashley Player, 35, of 1 Howe St., Ipswich, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:33 p.m. on charges of driving without a license and driving without an inspection sticker. The summons was issued on Route 1.
r A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Sunday at 8:07 p.m. on charges of reckless driving, impeded driving and a marked lanes violation. The summons was issued on Route 1.
r Geraldo Neto, 26, 8 Saunders St., Salem, was arrested Tuesday at 2:36 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. The arrest was made on Haverhill Street.

r Shane Mahoney, 31, of 8 Bristol Hill, Windham, N.H., was issued a summons Sunday at 6:17 p.m. on charges of driving without a license. Trooper Edward Johnson issued the summons in Haverhill.
r Kenneth Dambrosia, 49, of 10 Skunk Road, Merrimac, was issued a summons Tuesday on charges of driving without registration and driving without a license. Trooper Michael O'Connell issued the summons in Haverhill.
r Benjamin Hanley, 19, 9 Cranbrook Lane, Dover, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday at 5:55 a.m. on charges of possession of a dangerous weapon, driving without a license and speeding. Trooper Matthew Topping issued the summons in Boxford.
r Charlton Henderson, 27, 74 Union St., Holbrook, was issued a summons yesterday at 10:20 a.m. on charges of possession of a class D substance, driving to endanger, driving without registration, driving without a seat belt and speeding. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Newburyport.
r Robert McLernon, 28, 103 Range Road, Lynn, was arrested yesterday at 2:30 p.m. on three warrants. Trooper Thomas Canning made the arrest in Salisbury.
