NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Mohd Odeh, 28, of 10 Treetop Way, Methuen; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and six months of probation, $50 victim-witness assessment; driving an unregistered vehicle, not responsible; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, $140 assessment (Salisbury).

Dustin Lind, 20, of 8 Carriage Hill Road, Apt. 5, Amesbury; use of a vehicle without authority, continued without finding and probation for two years conditioned upon remaining drug- and alcohol-free, $500 in restitution and a letter of apology to the victim, completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and Brains at Risk programs, $50 victim-witness assessment; possession of liquor by an individual less than 21 years of age, guilty, $50 fine (Salisbury).

Brian Maguire, 19, of 18 Beach St., Apt. 2, Haverhill; continued without finding and probation for two years conditioned upon remaining drug- and alcohol-free, $500 in restitution and a letter of apology to the victim, completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and Brains at Risk programs, $50 victim-witness assessment; possession of liquor by an individual less than 21 years of age, guilty, $50 fine (Salisbury).

Daniel P. Spero, 41, of 44 Taylor St., Haverhill, driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year, 45-day loss of license; window obstruction - not transparent, not responsible (Amesbury).

Mark E. L'Italien, 19, of 24 Auburn St., Newburyport; reckless driving, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and Brains at Risk programs, $50 victim-witness assessment; improper operation of a vehicle, not responsible; speeding, responsible, $300 assessment (Amesbury).

Wilson, 25, of 16 Fair St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 victim-witness assessment, $250 operating under intoxication assessment, $50 operating under intoxication-victims fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, filed; failure to wear seat belt, not responsible (Merrimac).

Richard Scogland, 35, of 5 Market St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license; marked lane violation, not responsible; fail to signal, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Mark A. Klesel, 21, of 3 Deer Run Road, Sandown, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, two years of probation and 210-day loss of license; $50 victim-witness assessment, $250 operating under the influence assessment, $50 operating under the influence-victims assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; unlicensed driving, not guilty; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, $100 fine (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, May 8, 2008, with Judge Richard Mori presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Vincent Enos, 32, of 8 Morrison Road, Raymond, N.H.; driving while under the influence of drugs - second offense, guilty, two years in the house of correction, 30 days to be served with the balance suspended and two years of probation conditioned upon remaining drug- and alcohol-free and completion of the Brains at Risk and State Courts Against Road Rage programs, $500 fine, $50 victim/witness assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; disorderly conduct, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction to be served concurrently; reckless driving, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction to be served concurrently (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, May 9, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Richard P. Mascia, 43, of 146 High St., North Andover; driving without a license, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 victim-witness assessment; missing vehicle registration sticker, not responsible (Rowley).
