NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Jaclyn M. Simard, 22, 702 Lowell St., Peabody, was arrested Saturday at 1:11 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officers Keegan Stokes and Gregg Frappier made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Evan J. Therrien, 21, 30 Kimball Road, Amesbury, was arrested on a warrant Friday at 4:50 p.m. for assault and battery on a police officer and for possession of a class B substance. Trooper Michael Provost made the arrest in Amesbury.

Edgar Pacheco, 29, 154 Shirley St., Chelsea, was arrested Saturday at 1:20 a.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and giving a false name to police officers. Trooper Smolinsky made the arrest in Boxford.

Sean E. Corson, 36, 28 McCormack St., Malden, was arrested Saturday at 2:45 p.m. and charged with possession of a class C substance, credit card fraud over $250, receiving a stolen credit card, receiving stolen property over $250, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Mark Blanchard made the arrest in Boxford.

Bryan Corson, 32, 10 Como St., Malden, was arrested Saturday at 2:45 p.m. and charged with possession of a class C substance, credit card fraud over $250, receiving a stolen credit card and receiving stolen property over $250. Trooper Blanchard made the arrest in Boxford.

James Alba, 41, 492 Fellsway East, Stoneham, was arrested Saturday at 11:25 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while under the influence of drugs and speeding. Trooper Sean McGarry made the arrest in Newbury.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Michael J. D'Areangelo, 25, 81 High St., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 10:45 p.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny over $250 and three counts of larceny under $250. Officers Jason Kooken, David Noyes and Carl Lesage made the arrest on Green Street.

Justin L. Macleod, 18, 18 Powow St., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 11:01 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Sgt. Kevin Donovan and officers Steven Reed and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Main Street.

Brian A. Dow, 19, 16 Russell St., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 11:38 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and domestic assault and battery. Sgt. Donovan and officers Kooken, Lesage, Noyes and Mulrenin made the arrest on Macy Terrace.

Jamie L. Koulouras, 20, 22 Atlantic Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:06 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes violation. Officers Reed, Lesage and Jeffrey Worthen made the arrest on Pond Street.

Patrick C. Marchese, 44, 9 Chelmsford St., Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officers Noyes, Mulrenin Kooken and Sgt. Donovan made the arrest on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Claudio Dasilva, 38, 193 Essex St., Malden, was arrested on a warrant Friday at 4:29 p.m. State police made the arrest at the Salisbury State Reservation.

David Sheeley, 22, 12 Bayberry Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 6:42 p.m. and charged with domestic assault with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle). Officers Timothy Hunter, Timothy Rivet and Richard Pellaria made the arrest on Bayberry Lane.

Richard E. Dumont, 41, 249 Northend Blvd., Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 6:21 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers James Leavitt and Christopher Thurlow made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.
