June 02, 2008 03:50 am NEWBURYPORT The following items were listed in the Newburyport police log: r Cleberson Pontes, 33, of 55 Turkey Hill Road, Newburyport, was issued a summons on charges of driving after license suspension and speeding on Friday at 4:48 p.m. Officer Joshua Tierney issued the summons on Hale Street. r Michael Holgate, 48, of 1031 North Main St., Laconia, N.H., was issued a summons on charges of driving after license suspension on Saturday at 1:23 a.m. Officer William Steeves issued the summons at Merrimac Street and Christie Drive. r Gustovo Siguenza, 32, of 38 Beacon St., Andover, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and making an improper turn. Steeves and officer Shawn Eaton made the arrest at Route 1 and Merrimac Street yesterday at 12:49 a.m. r Daniel Torres, 51, of 17 Carter St., Newburyport, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and unlawful possession of fireworks. He was arrested yesterday at 1:16 a.m. by Steeves, Eaton and Sgt. Peter Finnegan on Carter Street. AMESBURY The following items were listed in the Amesbury police log: r Peter Gibb, 54, of 21 Middle Road, Amesbury, was arrested on a warrant on Friday at 7:16 p.m. Officers Steven Reed and Michael Purvis made the arrest on Middle Road. r Tara Donahue-Scott, 38, of 6 Harrison Ave., Amesbury, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident on Friday at 8:46 p.m. Purvis, Reed and officer Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Friend Street, at the Pizza Factory. r Jason O. Colberly, 29, of 17 Lindenshire Ave., Exeter, N.H.; Alicia Gardner, 20, and Thomas Jarvis, 19, both of 15 Pond St., No. 1, Amesbury, were all issued summonses on charges of possession of class D drugs (subsequent offense). The summonses were issued on Friday at 9:38 p.m. at High and Winter streets by officers Craig Bailey and David Noyes. r Jacqueline Beaulieu, 19, of 17 First St., Amesbury; Amanda L. Gaudet, 19, of 10 Summer St., No. 22, Salem; and Kelly Gallagher, 18, of 10 Morrill Place, Amesbury, were all issued summonses on charges of underage possession of alcohol. The summonses were issued Friday at 11:16 p.m on Powow Hill. r Alexander Rodriguez, 30, of 16 Holly St., No. 2, Lawrence, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding in violation of special regulations on Saturday at 1:08 a.m. Noyes and Bailey made the arrest on Macy Street. r Juliman DeLima, 30, of 84 Birchmeadow Road, Merrimac, was issued a summons on charges of having no vehicle inspection sticker and unlicensed driving. Officer Glenn Chaput issued the summons Saturday at 9:32 a.m. at Elm and Macy streets. r Tammy Bush, 29, of 131 Main St., Wayland, was issued a summons on charges of driving after registration suspension, having no vehicle inspection sticker and driving without insurance. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Interstate 495 on Saturday at 5:59 p.m. r Keith W. Champagne, 43, of 1 Lonvale Lane., Apt. 10, Amesbury, was issued a summons on charges of driving after registration revocation and driving an uninsured vehicle. Officer Raymond Landry issued the summons on Lonvale Lane on Saturday at 6:12 p.m. SALISBURY The following items were listed in the Salisbury police log: r Frank R. Downs, 57, of 24 High St., Salisbury, was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), a vehicle light violation, a seat belt violation and on a warrant. Robert H. Abraham, 53, of 24 High St., Salisbury, was issued a summons on charges of allowing improper use of a vehicle. Both were charged on Friday at 8:10 p.m. by officer Timothy Hunter and Sgt. Chuck Scione on Main Street. r Blaine A. Bosley, 57, of 200 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and possession of class B drugs. Officer Steven Sforza made the arrest at Heritage Trailer Park, 194 Lafayette Road, on Saturday at 1:23 a.m. r Tracy M. Bagley, 49, of 105 Railroad Ave., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Sforza and officer Bruce Dow made the arrest on North End Boulevard on Saturday at 8:16 p.m. r James J. Gavin, 50, of 152 Hale St., Newburyport, was issued a summons on charges of driving after license suspension (second offense) and speeding in violation of special regulations. Officer Craig Lesage issued the summons Saturday at 8:37 p.m. on Elm Street. r Peter R. Morrill, 48, of 25 Glenwood Ave., Salisbury, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of personal injury, leaving the scene of property damage, reckless driving, driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation. GROVELAND The following item was listed in the Groveland police log: r Timothy Davis, 21, of 440 North Ave., Apt. 47, Haverhill, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a revoked registration, driving an uninsured vehicle and having no inspection sticker. Officers Danny Ramieres and Eric Gorski issued the summons yesterday at 10 a.m. STATE POLICE The following items were recorded in the log at the state police Newbury barracks: r John L. Sullivan III, 24, of 13 Main St., Apt. 3, Framingham, was issued a summons on charges of driving after license suspension and possession of class D and E drugs. Trooper Joshua Ulrich issued the summons at 9:20 a.m. on Saturday in Haverhill. r Michael Morency, 22, of 5 Star Ave., Salem, was issued a summons on charges of negligent driving, speeding, failing to signal and marked lanes violation. Trooper Dana Atkinson issued the summons Saturday at 6:15 p.m in Topsfield. r Kerry Bartlett, 21, of 3 Toftree Lane, Dover, N.H., was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Matthew Topping made the arrest in Newbury yesterday at 1:55 a.m. SEABROOK The following items were listed in the Seabrook police log: r Dawn Marie Kobylarz, 38, of 69 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with simple assault. Officers Mark Richardson and David Buccheri made the arrest at the police station Thursday at 10:29 a.m. r James J. Gonthier, 18, of 16 Dandiview Road, Seabrook, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and filing a false report to law enforcement. Officer Adam Laurent made the arrest at 7:40 p.m. Thursday at the police station. r Shawn Freedman, 25, of 26 Washington Road, No. 4, Exeter, N.H., was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension Friday at 1:35 a.m. Laurent made the arrest. r Sara Moran, 17, of 26 Wellington Road, Medford, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Laurent and officer Justin Murphy made the arrest Saturday. r Tammy Sigman, 39, of 48 Worthley Ave., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension. Sgt.
