Eric W. Johnson, 47, 16 Baileys Lane, West Newbury, was issued a summons Friday at 10:21 p.m. on a charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Storey Avenue.

David Larken, 40, 24 Came St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday, at 5:53 p.m., on a charge os driving an uninsured vehicle. Officers Shawn Eaton and Eric Marshall issued the summons on Water Street.

Kerri A. Baez, 32, 176 Old Point Road, Newburyport, was arrested on two outstanding warrants Saturday at 8:52 p.m. Officer Wilichoski made the arrest on Merrimac Street.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Joe M. Marciszka Jr., 43, 129 Water St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:10 p.m. on charges of reckless endangerment of a child, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and driving a vehicle without an inspection sticker. Officers Keegan Stokes and Michael Croteau, and Lt. John Lucey issued the summons on Plummers Lane.

Edson Souza, 31, 54 Grant Ave., Somerville, was arrested Sunday at 1:37 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Officer Steven Jenkins made the arrest on Hanover Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Sandra Lopez, 21, 5 Oxford St., Lynn, was arrested Saturday at 1:20 a.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and driving a vehicle with defective equipment. Trooper Heaphy made the arrest in Boxford.

Eremzah Vega, 21, 10 Oxbow Lane, Derry, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 3:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, driving a motor vehicle with defective equipment and not being in possession of a registration. Trooper Pierce made the arrest in Haverhill.

Roberto Sanchez Jr., 22, 22 Warren St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 1:55 a.m. on a warrant. Trooper Pierce made the arrest in Haverhill.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Brian Kaye, 19, 7 Larson Drive, Hampstead, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:49 a.m. and charged with underage possession of alcohol and transportation of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officer Keith Forget made the arrest at the Driftwood Motel on Beach Road.

Kyle Callaway, 19, 6 Ashford Road, Hampstead, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:49 a.m. and charged with under age possession of an open container of alcohol. Officer Forget made the arrest at the Driftwood Motel on Beach Road.

Sandra S. Lee, 21, 97 Lexington St., Belmont, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:14 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, speeding, failure to signal and a seat belt violation. Officer Richard Merrill issued the summons on I-95 north.

Ronald J. Bulger, 51, 194 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 7:31 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Timothy Hunter made the arrest at Dick's Variety on Main Street.

Steven H. Hinch, 47, 20 Sohier Road, Beverly, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:56 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a moving lanes violation and a seat belt violation. Officer Hunter issued the summons on Beach Road.

David P. Jezak, 33, 755 Broadway Road, Dracut, was arrested Saturday at 10:40 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and failure to stay within the lines. Officer Hunter made the arrest on Elm Street.

Richard A. Bean Jr., 42, 12 August Circle, Goffstown, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 1:05 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and running a red light. Officer Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

Tri Phan, 48, 25 Cumberland St., Worcester, was arrested Sunday at 4:24 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation, improper crossing of a median and reckless endangerment of a child. Officer Hunter made the arrest on I-95 north.

Jennifer Hunter, 26, 8 48th St., Newbury, was arrested Sunday at 9:19 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Officers Joseph Anderson and Anthony King made the arrest at 148 Beach Road.

Michael Nadworthy, 27, 11 Winter St., Millinocket, Maine, was arrested Sunday at 2:24 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), a red light/stop sign violation and a seat belt violation. Officers King and Anderson made the arrest on Pike Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury Police:

Barry Rubin, 26, 7 Alton Road, Methuen, was arrested Sunday at 12:58 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop for police and a marked lanes violation. Officers Jason Kooken, Matthew Cunningham and Raymond Landry made the arrest at the Barking Dog Pub on Friend Street.

Kaitlyn M. Carney, 19, 173 Water St., Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 4:39 p.m. on a warrant and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a passing violation. Sgt. William Scholtz and Officer David Clark made the arrest on Haverhill Street.
