NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Friday, June 12. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Shayne D. Sullivan, 20, 256 Market St., Apt. 118, Lowell; possession of alcohol under age 21, guilty, filed, report will be sent to Registry of Motor Vehicles for 90-day license suspension; possession of Mace without FID card, guilty, $400 fine, $50 to Victim-Witness Fund (Amesbury).

Jason S. Malaquias, 27, 545 Newburyport Turnpike, Unit 14, Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol with license suspended for OUI, guilty, $2,500 fine, one year house of correction, committed, one year loss of license (Rowley); driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), guilty, $1,000 fine, $250 to the Head Injury Fund, nine months house of correction, committed, credit 131 days, eight-year loss of license, $90 to VWF; using motor vehicle without authorization, dismissed at request of commonwealth and defendant (Rowley).

Michael E. Tine, 35, 1 Rockville Park, Stoneham; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, dismissed with $100 in court costs and $50 to VWF; speeding, responsible, $100 fine; motor vehicle lights violation, not responsible (State).

Jonathan D. Brown, 31, 4 Edge St., Ipswich; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $50 to VWF, two years' probation, alcohol safety awareness program, State Courts Against Road Rage program, half-day Brains At Risk program; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Maria L. Bassani, 39, 10 Primrose St., Groveland; driving without a license, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 Victim/Witness Fund; driving after registration suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100; speeding, responsible, $100 assessment (Newburyport).

Sarah E. Dostie, 29, 2 Spring St., Amesbury; driving after license suspension, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, suspended with one year's probation; fail to wear seat belt, responsible, filed; speeding, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Scott McKearney, 53, 75 Old Point Road, Newbury; fugitive from justice on a current warrant, dismissed with the defendant transferred to Maryland (Newbury).

Ronald A. Baker, 47, 3 Dennett St., Amesbury; forge or misuse of Registry of Motor Vehicles documents, dismissed with court costs of $100; no inspection sticker, responsible, filed; unregistered vehicle, not responsible; number plate violation, dismissed with court costs of $100; driving after registration suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100; uninsured vehicle, dismissed with court costs of $100 (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, June 15, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Kenneth C. Auger, 29, 8 Townsend Farm Road, Boxford; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in the house of correction, suspended with two years' probation conditioned upon completion of a 14-day inpatient substance abuse treatment program at the Worcester State Hospital with aftercare, 2-year loss of license, $50 VWF; $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; $50 Operating Under Intoxication-Victim Fund assessment (Amesbury).

Ronald E. Burnett, 46, 167 Centre St., No. 1, Roxbury; driving after license suspension, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 VWF; refusing to identify self, guilty, $100 fine; vehicle light violation, responsible, filed (State Police).

Dana Abrahams, 20, 869 Lafayette Road, Apt. 103, Hampton, N.H.; violation of an abuse prevention order, defendant placed on pretrial probation for one year conditioned upon complying with the restraining order (Newburyport).

Heidi J. Fredrick, 45, 456 Critchett Road, Candia, N.H.; uninsured vehicle, dismissed with court costs of $200; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $100 (Rowley).

Alan M. King, 41, 168 Main St., second floor, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, two years' probation conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 90-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 OUI-V (Amesbury).

William J. Brown, 36, 11 Foster St., Apt. 2, Gloucester; uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for three months, $200 court costs, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, continued without finding and probation for three months, $100 court costs; no inspection sticker, responsible, $50 assessment; license not in possession, responsible, filed; unregistered vehicle, not responsible (State Police).

HAMPTON: The following case was recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on June 8, with Judge Laurence Cullen presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Thomas Essigmann, 21, 518 Ocean Blvd., Seabrook; loitering or prowling, guilty, $120 fine (Hampton).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on June 10, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Leonardo D. Canales-Cordova, 24, 255 Walker St., Lowell; driving without a valid license, guilty, $120 fine (South Hampton).

Leeanne Raposo, 37, 13 Whittier Drive, Seabrook; driving after license suspension, nol prossed (discontinued); driving after license suspension, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, two days to be served with the balance suspended pending one year good behavior to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle convictions (Seabrook).

Anthony O'Dell, 19, 65 Washington St., Seabrook; resisting arrest or detention, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, 30 days suspended pending one year good behavior to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle convictions; driving without a valid license, guilty, $100 fine, suspended (Hampton).
