NEWBURYPORT
The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:
r Sean R. McElroy, 19, of 20 Bayberry Road, Newburyport, and Gina M. Santosuosso, of 3 Cedarwood Lane, Melrose, were arrested at 10:55 p.m. Thursday and each charged with underage possession of liquor. McElroy was also charged with disorderly conduct and Santosuosso with providing a fake identification. Officers Michael Sugrue, John Schmidt and Michael Wilichoski made the arrest at the White Hen on Pond Street.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
r Laura L. Pender, 17, of 90 Middle Road, Amesbury, was issued a summons at 1:39 p.m. Friday for underage possession of liquor. Officer David Noyes issued the summons on Haverhill Road.
r Christopher Stevens, 23, of 4 Dock Lane, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:32 a.m. for contributing to the delinquency of a child; Bruce Montross, 19, of 1 Cedar Court, Amesbury, and Kyle Cote, 18, of 164 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, were arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. A 16-year-old juvenile and two 15-year-old juveniles were also issued summonses for underage possession of alcohol. Officer Steven Reed made the arrests and issued the summonses on Cedar Court.
r Sergei Draleu, 20, of 10 Lafayette St., Newburyport, and Sean Spellman, 17, of 3 Hunter Drive, Newburyport, were arrested Saturday at 12:47 a.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance and underage possession of alcohol. Draleu was also charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, driving without an inspection sticker and a marked lanes violation. Noyes made the arrests on Market Street.
r Arthur Kell, 19, of 164 Main St., Westford, was arrested Saturday at 3:32 a.m. and charged with possession of a class B substance. Officer Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Macy Street.
r Michael Barnes, 21, of 20 Hadley Place, Medford, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:52 a.m. for driving without registration, driving without insurance and driving without an inspection sticker. Officer Larry Bybee issued the summons on Macy Street.
r Lewis Hayes, 35, of 861/2 Pleasant St., Concord, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 12:56 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Officer Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Pond Street.
r Paul Tierney, 29, of 4 Aspen Drive, Wilmington, was arrested yesterday at 1:44 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), speeding and a marked lanes violation. Reed made the arrest on Interstate 495.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
r Paul Frontiero III, 24, of 32 Riverview Road, Gloucester, was issued a summons Friday at 7:51 p.m. for driving without a license and failing to stop at a stop sign. Officer Robert Ferullo issued the summons on Elm Street.
r Ivan Cuevas, 24, of 50 Danbury Drive, Methuen, was arrested Friday at 9:06 p.m. and charged with driving without a license and failing to stop at a stop sign. Ferullo and officer Dennis Lucia made the arrest on Broadway.
r Charles Sherburne, 45, of 107 Cadogan Way, Nashua, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 2:01 a.m. for driving without a license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Officer Keith Forget issued the summons on Beach Road.
MERRIMAC
The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:
r Anthony Klufts, 20, of 30 Hope Drive, Amesbury, was arrested yesterday at 2:17 a.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation. Officers Jeffrey Boisvert and Charles Sciacca made the arrest on Church Street.
r Catherine Lynch, 47, of 29 Brush Hill Road, Merrimac, was arrested yesterday at 7:21 p.m on a warrant. Sgt. Eric Shears made the arrest at the police station.
NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:
r Louis Ketchen, 21, of 41 Parker St., Newbury, was arrested June 8 at 4:12 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Sgt. Jay Routhier made the arrest on Parker Street.
r Gerald Nason, 22, of 78 Central Ave., Lynn, was arrested Saturday at 12:11 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving without registration, driving without insurance and a marked lanes violation. Officer Stephen May Jr. made the arrest on Northern Boulevard.
r David Vega, 26, of 10 Amos Tuck Road, Kensington, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 1:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. May made the arrest on Route 1.
r Robert Fraser, 57, of 5 51st St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 3:16 p.m. on a warrant. Lt. John Lucey made the arrest on High Road.
r Michael Morinico, 23, of 6 Colby St., Billerica, was arrested yesterday at 12:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Detective Aaron Wojtkowski and officer Lawrence Kent made the arrest on Plum Island Boulevard.
ROWLEY
The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:
r Sergio da Silva Pereira, 22, of 16 Central St., Ipswich, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. Thursday and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The arrest was made on Main Street.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
r Francisco Rivera Jr., 27, of 16 Ferry Road, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 7:53 p.m. and charged with making a false report to police and being a fugitive from justice. Officers Frank Brown and John Mounsey made the arrest on South Main Street.
r Luis Fontanez, 39, of 159 Wood St., Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 2:41 a.m. and charged with driving without a license. Mounsey and officer Adam Laurent made the arrest on Route 286.
Keith Sanborn, 47, of 303 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 4:59 p.m. and charged with violating a restraining order. Officer David Buccheri made the arrest at the police station.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:
r Derrick Thresher, 21, of 65 E St., Dracut, was issued a summons at 9:55 a.m. Friday for possession of class D drugs, negligent operation, speeding, a marked lanes violation and failure to wear a seat belt. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Merrimac.
r Robert West, 17, of 102 Manatee Road, Hingham, was issued a summons Friday at 6:10 p.m. for driving without a license. Trooper Kevin O'Neil issued the summons in Georgetown.
r Kevin Gomez, 20, of 47 Philips St., Methuen; Joan Vargas, 21, of 86 Lexington St., Lawrence; and Santos Yomelvin, 22, of 311 Water St., Lawrence, were arrested Saturday at 1:04 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Yomelvin was also charged with failing to stop for police, driving to endanger, possession of a class D substance and speeding. Trooper Stephen O'Connor made the arrests in Newburyport.
