Elder menus

Merrimack Valley Elderly Nutrition Program lunches are served in Amesbury, Georgetown, Groveland, Newburyport, Merrimac, Salisbury and West Newbury.

Menus are for Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 3.

Monday: Roasted chicken breast with gravy, cranberry sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, chilled pears, whole wheat dinner roll.

Tuesday: Stuffed shells with marinara sauce, green and gold vegetables, grape juice, orange, dark rye bread.

Wednesday: Potato crunch fish with lemon juice packet, red bliss whipped potatoes, broccoli cuts, rice or diet pudding, oatmeal bread.

Thursday: Beef and veal sausage on a small sub roll with peppers and onions, wild rice with mushrooms, kernel corn, fig bars, fruit punch.

Friday: Closed for July 4th holiday.

Note: Milk and margarine offered with each meal. Menu subject to change.
