Menus are for Monday, June 30 through Friday, July 4. Monday — Meatball sub, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, green and gold beans, apricots, small sub roll. Tuesday — Stuffed salmon, dill sauce, herb mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, fresh fruit, multigrain bread. Wednesday — Turkey ham with fruit sauce, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and red peppers, tapioca pudding, diet pudding, whole wheat bread. Thursday — Independence Day Dinner, homemade meatloaf, gravy, whipped red bliss potatoes, sweet peas, fruit smoothie, diet yogurt, light rye bread. Friday — Closed. Happy July 4. Note: Milk and margarine offered with each meal. Menu subject to change.
