NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Thursday, June 25. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Michael F. Stankus, 35, 34 High St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, placed on one year's probation, 45-day loss of license, ordered to attend Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, $250 OUI fee, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 OUI victim's fee, $50 Victim-Witness Assistance Fund; driving with a suspended license, guilty, sentenced to 10 days in the house of correction, suspended one year and placed on probation (Newburyport).

Michael F. Stankus, 35, 1 Elm St., Apt. 1, Exeter, N.H.; driving with a suspended license, guilty, sentenced to 10 days in the house of correction, suspended one year (Amesbury).

Chastity Torres, 20, 104 Whitehall Road, Apt. 17, Amesbury; driving with a suspended license, continued without finding, sentenced to two years' administrative supervision, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Ryan D. Pierce, 18, 399 Wethersfield St., Rowley; driving without a license, dismissed, $100 costs, $50 VWF (Newbury).

Derek M. Damico, 19, 8 Lyman St., Apt. 1, Beverly; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, placed on one year's probation, 210-day loss of license, ordered to attend ASAP and Level 3 of the Office of Community Corrections programs, under the condition of remaining drug and alcohol free and submitting to random screens, $250 OUI fee, $250 HIF, $50 OUI victim's fee, $50 VWF; negligent driving, continued without a finding, placed on one year's probation, ordered to attend one half-day Brains At Risk program, $250 HIF; speeding, responsible; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Rowley).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Friday, June 26. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Shawn Soucy, 39, 4 Carriage Hill Road, Apt. A13, Amesbury; receiving stolen credit card (four counts), dismissed for arraignment in superior court; credit card fraud over $250 (six counts), dismissed for arraignment in superior court; larceny over $250 (six counts), dismissed for arraignment in superior court (Amesbury).

Michele R. Lougee, 36, 6 Carriage Hill Road, Apt. 17, Amesbury; possession of a class B drug, guilty, placed on one year's supervised probation on the condition of remaining drug and alcohol free and submitting to random screens, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Matthew M. Carignan Jr., 22, 5 Linda Road, Salisbury; utter false check, continued without a finding, placed on two year's probation on the conditions of remaining drug and alcohol free and submitting to random screens, $90 VWF; forgery of check, continued without a finding with the same terms and conditions (concurrent); larceny over $250, continued without a finding with the same terms and conditions (concurrent) (Newburyport).

Anthony Moran, 18, 30 Lebel Road, Rowley; threat to commit crime, continued without a finding, placed on one year's probation under the condition of no abuse of victim, ordered to serve 20 hours of community service, ordered to stay enrolled in school and abide by all the school's rules, $50 VWF (Newbury).

Yvonne Fiorenza, 43, 244 High St., Apt. 2, Newburyport; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs, $50 VWF; unregistered vehicle, responsible, $100 assessment (Newburyport).

Bryan P. Vedrani, 40, 7 Beech Lane, Amesbury; threat to commit crime (two counts), guilty, placed on one year's probation on the condition of no avoidable contact and no abuse of victim, $90 VWF; assault with a dangerous weapon, continued without finding, sentenced to one year's probation with the same terms and conditions (concurrent) (Amesbury).

Karen Petralia, 34, 61 Church St., Merrimac; shoplifting by asportation, continued without finding, placed on six months' administrative supervision, ordered to pay restitution of $123.35, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Michael J. Cennami, 22, 17 Bowen Road, Peabody; driving while under the influence of drugs, guilty, sentenced to one year's probation under the condition of remaining drug and alcohol free and submitting to random screens, 90-day loss of license, ordered to attend ASAP and BAR programs, OCC level 3, and outpatient counseling, $250 OUI fee, $250 HIF, $50 OUI victim's fee, $50 VWF; possession of class A drug, continued without a finding, placed on one year's probation; negligent driving, continued without a finding, placed on one year's probation; marked lanes violation, not responsible (State Police).

Lindsay K. Waters, 25, 203 Lafayette Road, Salisbury; driving without a license, dismissed, $100 costs, $50 VWF; no inspection sticker, responsible, $50 assessment; failure to wear seat belt, not responsible (Salisbury).

Santiago Bernardino, 35, 74 Essex St., Apt. 3, Chelsea; driving without a license, dismissed, $100 costs, $50 VWF; no inspection sticker, responsible, $50 assessment (Newbury).

Justin M. Boisvert, 28, 22 Laurel Circle, Wells, Maine; negligent driving, guilty, $200 fine, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; speeding in violation of special regulation, responsible; marked lanes violation, not responsible; failure to keep right on hill/obstructed view, not responsible; failure to signal, not responsible (State Police).

Crystal L. Draleaus, 27, 44 Leominster Road, Shirley; driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, $200 costs, $50 VWF; driving an unregistered vehicle, responsible, $100 assessment (State Police).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was heard in Newburyport District Court on Monday, June 29. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trial:

Andrew J. Gaudet, 27, 7 Greenleaf Drive, Apt. H, Merrimac; driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), guilty, sentenced to 60 days in the house of correction, committed, $50 VWF (Amesbury).
