Bottega Toscano has barely shut its doors on State Street in Newburyport, and already a new restaurant is announcing it will open in the same spot this fall. Grezzo Restaurant, which bills itself as an upscale, raw vegan foods eatery, will be expanding from its flagship restaurant in Boston's North End. Bottega Toscano, an Italian restaurant, closed earlier this week.
