AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

r Kelly Riley, 37, 193 King St., Groveland, was arrested Thursday at 11:33 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop for police, failing to signal, a lights violation and a marked lanes violation. Officer Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Interstate 95.

r Diego Pinzon, 32, 5 North Broadway, Haverhill, was issued a summons yesterday at 1:27 a.m. on charges of driving without a license. Officer Raymond Landry issued the summons on Macy Street.

r Edward Flemming, 48, 5 Fulton St., Peabody, was arrested yesterday at 5:43 p.m. on a warrant. Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrest on Main Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

r Bruce MacArthur, 33, and Kelley Dodge, 28, both of 65 Washington St., Marlborough, were arrested and issued a summons Thursday at 8:38 p.m. MacArthur was charged with being a fugitive from justice, and Dodge was issued a summons on charges of driving without a license. Officers Timothy Hunter and Dennis Lucia made the arrest and issued the summons on Toll Road.

r Thomas Landry, 43, 106 Falcon Crest Way, Manchester, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 2:09 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon (double-edged knife), driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest on Gerrish Road.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

r Brian Dembicki, 41, 97 High Road, Newbury, was arrested yesterday at 10:44 a.m. and charged with violating a restraining order. Lt. John Lucey, Detective Aaron Wojtkowski and officer Adam White made the arrest on High Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

r Michael Pelletier, 24, 2 Birch Lane, Townsend, was arrested Tuesday at 12:31 a.m. and charged with possession of a controlled drug. Sgt. John Wasson and officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Eisenhower Street.

r Joseph Eaton, 39, 14 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 11:09 a.m. and charged with possession of a controlled drug. Officers Gelineau and Howard Page made the arrest on South Main Street.

r Melanie Blackwood, 18, 34 Sun Valley Road, Auburn, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 3:25 p.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers John Mounsey and Mark Richardson made the arrest on Merrimac Street.

r Lisa Foderaro, 45, 22 11th St., Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 5:48 p.m. and charged with using a forged prescription. Officer Jeremy Tetreault made the arrest at the police station.

r Cameron Odea, 18, 19 Bosworth Road, Winchendon; Linzie Colby, 18, 102 Whitehall Road, Amesbury; and Alexander Kelley, 17, and Derick Bruno, 22, both of 4 Kendell Lane, Salisbury, were arrested Thursday at 11:13 a.m. and charged with shoplifting. Kelley, Bruno and Colby were also charged with willful concealment, and Kelley and Colby were charged with underage possession of tobacco. Officers Richardson, David Buccheri and James Cawley made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

r Anthony Janvrin, 34, 19B Boynton Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 11:15 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled drug, reckless driving, disobeying an officer, an equipment violation and resisting arrest. Officers Frank Brown, Michael Cawley and Justin Murphy made the arrest on Boynton Lane.

r Meghan Brown, 17, 187 Exeter Road, Hampton Falls, N.H., was arrested Thursday at 11:19 p.m. and charged with underage possession of alcohol. Officers Tetreault, Adam Laurent and Patrick Smart made the arrest on Railroad Avenue.

r Dee Ann Dow, 39, 70 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested yesterday at 1:18 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officer Laurent made the arrest on South Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Geoffrey Robinson, 39, 70 Harrison St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 4:30 p.m. on charges of driving without a license. Trooper Joshua Ulrich issued the summons in Merrimac.

r Michael Page, 20, 4 Fieldhouse Road, Dracut, was issued a summons Thursday at 8:35 p.m. on charges of negligent driving, failing to signal, making unsafe lane changes and speeding. Trooper Matthew Heaphy issued the summons in Boxford.

r Andrew Seeley, 22, 9 Harriman Road, Merrimac, was issued a summons Thursday on charges of reckless driving, unsafe passing and speeding. Sgt. James Cowhig issued the summons in Haverhill.

r Manuel Rosa, 45, 262 Acropolis Road, Lowell, was issued a summons yesterday on charges of driving without registration and driving without insurance. Trooper Willard issued the summons in Salisbury.
