AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
r Richard McGarry, 21, 82 West St., Pepperell, was arrested Friday at 7 p.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance, an equipment violation and a license-plate violation. Officer Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Macy Street.
r Noel Simmons, 33, 46 Paige Farm Road, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 8:07 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Officer Jason Kooken made the arrest on Mill Street.
r Heather Peltonovich, 22, 6H Forrest Acres Drive, Bradford, was issued a summons Friday at 8:38 p.m. for driving without a license. Officer Raymond Landry issued the summons on Interstate 495.
r A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested Friday at 11:39 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Officer Landry made the arrest on Powderhouse Court.
r Pamela Brown, 43, 6 Unicorn Circle, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), driving without a license in possession and a marked lanes violation. Officer Landry made the arrest on Interstate 495.
r Melanie Smith, 25, 3724 Amhurst Road, Erie, Pa., was arrested Saturday at 1:07 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Kevin Ward made the arrest on Whitehall Road.
r Eric Rielly, 23, 14A Woodlawn St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 5:24 p.m. and charged with intimidating a witness and wantonly injuring property. Officer Shane Rodriguez made the arrest on Lonvale Lane.
r Steven Coote, 18, 99 Albano St., Roslindale, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:08 p.m. for driving without a license and an equipment violation. Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrest on Whitehall Road.
r Christopher Proulx, 31, 104 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 11:37 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, using a car without permission and disorderly conduct. Officer Kooken made the arrest on Whitehall Road.

r Joseph Dedo, 57, 32 Country Club Blvd., Worcester, was issued a summons Friday at 5:43 p.m. for driving without a license and six counts of driving without a seat belt. The summons was issued on Beach Road.
r Robert Wile, 56, 24 High St., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 8:33 p.m. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and a warrant. The arrest was made on High Street.
r James West, 39, 103 Portland St., Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 9:08 p.m. on a warrant. The arrest was made on Cable Avenue.
r Anthony Lewis, 18, 21 Mudnock Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:56 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Chief David L'Esperance, Sgt. Anthony King, and Officers Joseph Anderson, James Leavitt and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Mudnock Road.
r Michael Lamoureaux, 32, 16 Carmine St., Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 1:20 a.m. on two warrants, and Ryan McCarthy, 28, 224 Methuen St., Lowell, and Julia Metcalfe, 28, 516 Redwood Lane, Lowell, were issued summonses for domestic assault and battery. Metcalfe was also issued a summons for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Chief L'Esperance, Sgt. King and Officer Bruce Dow made the arrest and issued the summonses on Beach Road.
r Robert Path, 43, 100 Elena St., Cranston, R.I., was arrested Saturday at 2:55 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Chief L'Esperance made the arrest on North End Boulevard.
r Jessica Tirone, 25, 67 Forest Road, Salisbury, and John Eaton, 23, 994 Lafayette Road, Lee, N.H., were arrested Saturday at 8:23 a.m. and charged with larceny of a drug and possession of a class E substance. Tirone was also charged with possession of a class A substance, and Eaton was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon. Officers Dennis Lucia and Brian Smith made the arrests on Seabrook Road.
r Ray McClung, 19, 56 Warren St., Georgetown, was arrested Saturday at 4:32 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officer Leavitt made the arrest on Beach Road.
r Roland Duval, 44, 45 Old Country Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 5:32 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Leavitt and Timothy Hunter made the arrest on North End Boulevard.
