NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Thursday, July 2, in Newburyport District Court. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Ramon Inoa, 49, 38 Arbor St., Lawrence; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 to the state Victim/Witness Fund; not in possession of registration, found not responsible; signal or sign violation, found responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Aja R. Wimmer, 24, 22 Niagara St., Haverhill; possession of marijuana, dismissed; no inspection sticker, found not responsible (Newbury).

Christopher Roche, 17, 122 11th St., Lowell; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without finding for three months, sentenced to three months' probation, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 to the VWF (Amesbury).

David Mccarthy, 29, 6 Merrimack Place 4, Haverhill; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 to the VWF; failure to notify Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name or address change, found not responsible (West Newbury).

James Ianucci, 18, 45 London St., Lowell; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without finding for three months with administrative supervision, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 to the VWF (Amesbury).

Penny A. Kochakian, 47, 157 Winter St., Haverhill; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 to the VWF (Amesbury).

Stephanie Motta, 29, 257 Boxford Road, Bradford; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without a finding for one year, sentenced to one year supervised probation, ordered to attend Alcohol Safety and Awareness Program, 45-day license suspension, ordered to pay $250 to the Head Injury Fund, $50 to the VWF, $250 to the Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 to the Operating Under Intoxication Victim Assessment Fund; marked lanes violation, found responsible (Amesbury).

David Talbot, 18, 29 Meeting House Road, Merrimack, N.H.; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without a finding for three months with administrative supervision, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 to the VWF (Amesbury).

John R. Simoes, 51, 18 Baldwin Terrace, Groveland; driving while under the influence of alcohol, found guilty, defendant placed on probation for one year, sentenced to one year supervised probation, ordered to attend ASAP, 45-day loss of license, ordered to pay $50 to the VWF, $250 to the OUI-fee, $50 to the OUI-V, $250 to the HIF; negligent operation of motor vehicle, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of half-day Brains at Risk program, ordered to pay $250 to the HIF; marked lanes violation, responsible, ordered to pay $100 assessment (West Newbury).

Jason Lefebure, 18, 821 Central St., Lowell; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without finding for three months, defendant placed on probation with administrative supervision, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 to the VWF (Amesbury).

Catherine M. Scannell, 25, 97 Birch St., Lynn; failure to attend jury duty, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Monday, July 6, in Newburyport District Court. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Shawn A. Dennis, 43, 946 North Ave., Haverhill; disorderly conduct, found guilty, ordered to pay $150 fine, $50 to the state VWF; threatening to commit a crime, found guilty, filed (Salisbury).

Tasha M. Reilly, 23, 52 South Central St., Bradford; breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, continued without finding for 18 months, sentenced to 18 months' probation, ordered to stay away from victims, attend anger management program, stay drug- and alcohol-free, submit to random screens, pay $130 restitution, $90 for the VWF; intimidating a witness, continued without finding for 18 months, sentenced to 18 months' probation (concurrent); assault and battery, continued without finding for 18 months, sentenced to 18 months' probation (concurrent); assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts), continued without finding for 18 months, sentenced to 18 months' probation (concurrent) (Amesbury).
