Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

r Anthony Costa Jr., 40, of 7 Lafayette St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 7:24 p.m. for domestic assault and battery. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Highland Avenue.

r Max Disla, 28, of 572 Essex St., Lawrence, was arrested yesterday at 6:55 a.m. and charged with driving without a license, driving without a seat belt, driving with headphones on and speeding. Officer William Steeves made the arrest on Low Street.

r Michael McGee, 58, of 105 Friend St., Amesbury, was arrested yesterday at 9:17 a.m. and charged with violating a restraining order. Officer Nora Duggan made the arrest on Merrimac Street.

r Jasmary Pizzaro, 17, of 72 High St., Newburyport, was arrested yesterday at 9:37 a.m. on a warrant. Officer Joshua Tierney made the arrest on High Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

r Ronda Thompson-Middleton, 44, of 66 Haverhill Road, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 9:28 p.m. on a warrant. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

r Carrie Richardson, 44, of 40 River Road, Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 9:50 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property. Officer Jason Kooken made the arrest on Market Street.

r Richard Cirrone, 21, of 8 Sunset Drive, Burlington, was arrested Monday at 11:46 p.m. and charged with public drinking. Noyes made the arrest on High Street.

r Lee Ann Estabrook, 25, of 170 Pratts Mill Road, Sudbury, was arrested yesterday at 12:34 a.m. and charged with driving without a license. Sgt. Jeffrey Worthen made the arrest on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

r Scott Stone, 42, of 9 Bayberry Lane, Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 9:18 p.m. for malicious destruction of property, and Adam Janvrin, 29, of 536 Lafayette Road, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons for assault with a dangerous weapon. Officers Keith Forget and Steven Sforza issued the summons on Bayberry Lane.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Darryl MacLeod, 47, of 318 Pleasant St., Epping, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 7:15 p.m. for driving without a license and failing to stop at a stop sign. Trooper Dirello issued the summons in Haverhill.

r Michael Cossette, 42, of 203 Littleworth Road, Madbury, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 9:05 p.m. for driving without a license. Trooper Day issued the summons in Boxford.

r A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons yesterday at 1:10 p.m. for possession of class D and E substances. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Newburyport.
