NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, July 3, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Steven P. Muise, 44, of 21 Roberts Road, Dover, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year under condition of the completion of an alcohol safety program, 45-day loss of license, one-half day at Brains at Risk, $250 operating under intoxication fee, $50 operating under intoxication-victim fund assessment, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $50 victim-witness assessment; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

David R. Pray, 43, of 18 Elizabeth St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, alcohol safety program, 45-day loss of license, one-half day at Brains at Risk, $250 operating under intoxication fee, $50 operating under intoxication-victim fund assessment, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $50 victim-witness assessment; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, July 7, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Jared T. Wells, 19, of 21 Wethersfield St., Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, alcohol safety program, 210-day loss of license, $250 operating under intoxication fee, $50 operating under intoxication-victim fund assessment, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $50 victim-witness assessment; failure to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Rowley).
