SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

r Derek S. Burns, 21, 376 Main St., Haverhill was arrested on an warrant and also on the charges of driving after license suspension and failure to wear seat belt yesterday at 3:31 p.m. Officers Tim Hunter and Jim Leavitt made the arrest on Elm St.

r David A. Clarke, 20, 52 Skytop Road, Ipswich was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lane violation, failure to wear a seat belt and possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21. Officers Hunter and Steven Sforza made the arrest yesterday at 12:30 a.m. on Beach Road.

r A 16-year old juvenile was arrested on possession of marijuana Thursday at 10:18 p.m. on Broadway. Officer Leavitt made the arrest.

r Shawn P. Burrows, 18, 392 Main St., Sandown, N.H. was arrested and charged with wanton destruction of property worth in excess of $250 and assault and battery at 6:29 p.m. on Thursday. Also arrested at that time and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was Arthur L. Shephard, 20, of 89 Viola St., Lowell. Sgt. Chuck Scione and officer Hunter made the arrest on North End Boulevard.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

r Matthew Rosa. 27, 5 Pope St., Salem, Mass., was arrested on a warrant yesterday at 12:13 a.m. Officer Stephen May, Jr., made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike near the Rowley line.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

r Jacqueline Simeos, 25, 13 Harris St., Peabody, was issued a summons for driving without a license on Thursday.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log;

r Spenser Wolfe, 18, 50 Church St., West Newbury, and a 16-year old juvenile were arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery at 2 a.m. yesterday. Officers Joy Fleck and Barry Coker made the arrest on Church Street.

MASSACHUSETTS STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded in the police log at the Newbury barracks of the Massachusetts State Police:

r David Jankowski, 25, 354 Balcom St., Mansfield, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol - second offense, driving with a revoked registration and no automobile insurance yesterday at 3 a.m. Trooper Sean McGarry made the arrest in Merrimac.

N.H. STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the police log of Troop A Epping of the N.H. State Police from June 20, 2008 to July 3, 2008:

r Michael Burney, 23, of Adder Lane in Seabrook was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension - subsequent offense at 9 p.m. on Friday, June 20. Trooper Michael O'Neil was the arresting officer.

r Steven Everette, 44, Walton Road, Seabrook was arrested for driving while intoxicated on I-95 in Greenland. Trooper Gary Ingham made the arrest on Saturday, June 28 at 3:25 a.m.

r James Murphy, 38 of New Zealand Road, Seabrook and Christopher Shields, 24, of Portsmouth Ave., Seabrook were arrested and charged with one count of simple assault on Saturday, June 28 at 11:35 p.m. Lt. Parenteau made the arrest on Ashworth Avenue in Hampton.

r Stephanie Lacreta, 18, of Main Street, Hampstead, N.H. and David Maloof, 19, or Gaita Drive, Derry, N.H. were arrested and charged with possession of alcohol and open containers of alcohol by persons under the age of 21. Trooper O'Neill made the arrest on Route 1A in Seabrook.
