NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Friday, July 10, in Newburyport District Court. Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived cases:

David J. Souza, 46, 17 Court St., Boston; driving with a suspended license, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in the house of correction, suspended for one year, one year's probation, ordered to pay $50 for the state Victim/Witness Fund (VWF); driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in the house of correction, suspended for one year, one year's probation (concurrent); driving an uninsured vehicle, continued without finding for one year, sentenced to one year's probation (concurrent); speeding, found responsible, ordered to pay $200 assessment (State).

Sherryl A. Durant, 44, 1064 Summer St., Lynnfield; larceny of property valued at $250 or less, dismissed, ordered to pay $71.25 restitution (Salisbury).

Jeffrey D. Stewart, 39, 175 Pleasant St., Melrose; larceny of property valued at $250 or less, dismissed, ordered to pay $71.25 restitution (Salisbury).

Jenna Choquette, 17, 21 Munock Road, Salisbury; uttering a false check, continued generally for six months, sentenced to six months' probation (Salisbury).

Kristina L. Cox, 20, 88 South Road, Exeter, N.H.; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without finding for three months, sentenced to three months' probation, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 for the VWF (Amesbury).

Thomas G. Donevan, 48, 249 North End Blvd., Salisbury; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; equipment violation, found not responsible (Salisbury).

Gloria Hardy, 47, 14 Beacon St., Lawrence; driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs; lights violation, found not responsible (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded Monday, July 13, in Newburyport District Court.

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived case:

Sean Camlin, 18, 16 Adams Ave., Rochester, N.H.; possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, dismissed, ordered to pay $200 costs, $50 for the state Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) (State).

Clarification: The district court item published July 1 regarding Gerald J. Matison, 59, of 39 Harbor St., Newburyport, incorrectly reported the court's decision. The charge of indecent exposure was dismissed.
