Sherryl A. Durant, 44, 1064 Summer St., Lynnfield; larceny of property valued at $250 or less, dismissed, ordered to pay $71.25 restitution (Salisbury). Jeffrey D. Clarification: The district court item published July 1 regarding Gerald J. Matison, 59, of 39 Harbor St., Newburyport, incorrectly reported the court's decision. The charge of indecent exposure was dismissed.
