Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

r Michael Lacourse, 21, 3 Charter St., Newburyport, was arrested yesterday at 1:15 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and possession of a class E substance. Officer Joshua Tierney made the arrest on Jefferson Street.

r Police placed one person into protective custody yesterday.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

r Pamela Belli, 51, 47C Pond St., Boxford, was arrested Monday at 7:03 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a traffic violation and a marked lanes violation. Officer Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Merrill Street.

r Betsyanne Haire, 39, 5 Green St., Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 7:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Jason Kooken made the arrest on Main Street.

r Kevin Clement, 23, 66 Prescott St., Fremont, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 5:50 a.m. on two warrants. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Elm Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

r Michael Grasso, 42, 28 Gerrish Road, Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 10:16 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with an open container. Sgt. Kevin Sullivan and Officer Michael Alder made the arrest in Salisbury Square.

r Police placed one person into protective custody yesterday.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Scott Johnston, 34, 30 Londonderry Road, Windham, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday at 12:20 a.m. on charges of negligent driving and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Bonia issued the summons in Haverhill.

r Jason Newton, 32, 205 Main St., Salem, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday on charges of driving to endanger and speeding. Trooper Stephen O'Connor issued the summons in Haverhill.
