The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:
Edward S. Thestle, 36, 17 Lebeau Drive, Middleton, was issued a summons on charges of larceny of more than $250 on Friday at 5:35 p.m. Officer Michael Wilichoski issued the summons for an incident at Eastern Bank on Storey Avenue.
Jason J. Cutler, 23, 28 Low St., Newbury, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lane violation on Saturday at 1:50 a.m. Officers Robert Vatcher and Shawn Eaton made the arrest on State Street.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Charles E. Souther, 20, 750 Criptal St., Haverhill, was arrested and charged with driving after registration revocation; and Thomas D. Harrison, 66, 96 Whippoorwill St., Seabrook, was issued a summons for allowing the improper operation of a vehicle. Officer David Noyes made the arrests on Saturday at 7:31 p.m. on Market Street.
Jamie Ernest Butts, 52, 1 Bay St., Amesbury, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery on Saturday at 11:03 p.m. Officers Steven Reed, Kevin Mulrenin and David Noyes made the arrest.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Gerald T. Buckley, 47, 20 Crawford St., No. 2, Lowell, was summonsed on charges of driving after license revocation for driving while under the influence of alcohol on Friday at 3:28 p.m. And Gerald T. Buckley, 26, 20 Crawford St., No. 3, Lowell, was issued summonses on charges of allowing the operation of a vehicle with a revoked registration, allowing the operation of an uninsured vehicle and allowing the improper operation of a vehicle. Officer Timothy Hunter issued the summonses on Route 1.
Stephen R. Captell, 43, 52 Zion Hill Road, Salem, N.H., was arrested on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and marked lane violation. Officers James Leavitt and Brian Smith made the arrests on Beach Road on Saturday at 12:06 a.m.
Pamela Rohlfing, 33, 1 Grandville Court, Haverhill, was summonsed on charges of driving after registration revocation and driving without a license. Sgt. Anthony King and James Leavitt issued the summonses on Ocean Front South at 5:20 p.m. on Saturday.
Amy M. Riddle, 29, 39 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury, was arrested on a warrant and charged with disorderly conduct. Sgt. Chuck Scione and James Leavitt made the arrest at 49 Folly Mill Road at 7:26 p.m. on Saturday.
Keith R. Pelletier, 28, 39 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury, was arrested on a warrant at his home. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest on Saturday at 9:02 p.m.
WEST NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:
Keith Jessie, 31, 300 Broadway, St., Haverhill, was summonsed for misuse of Registry of Motor Vehicle documents and having no inspection sticker. Officer Barry Coker issued the summonses on Saturday at 7:32 p.m.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the log at the Newbury barracks of the Massachusetts State Police:
Bruce White, 42, 26 Brick Kiln Road, Attleboro, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lane violation. Trooper Miskell made the arrest in Merrimac on Friday, at 9:45 p.m.
Ella A. Richardson, 39, 84 Baldpate Road, Georgetown, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Bob Duprey made the arrest in Topsfield on Friday at 10:46 p.m.
Steven M. Hooper, 43, 2 Railroad Ave., Rowley, was summonsed for driving without a license, failing to wear a seat belt and vehicle equipment violation. Trooper Matthew Topping issued the summonses in Haverhill on Saturday at 1:05 a.m.
Rhonda, A. Caram, 18, 34 Central St., Rowley, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, being a minor in possession of alcohol and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. Andrew Guay, 20, 24 Howe St., Ipswich, and Robert McParland, 18, 45 Topsfield Road, Ipswich, were both issued summonses for being minors in possession of alcohol and having open containers of alcohol in a vehicle. Trooper Patrick Foley made arrest and issued the summonses in Salisbury, on Saturday at 12:30 a.m.
Robert Thibodeau, 46, 24 East Main St., Gloucester, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Thomas Canning made the arrest in Salisbury on Saturday at 9:37 p.m.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Todd Wells, 38, 5 Harris Road, Windham, N.H., was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday. Officer Adam Laurent and Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrest on Saturday at 12:59 a.m. at on Ocean Boulevard.
Lauren H. Tidd, 26, 6B Laura Lane, Seabrook, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs on Saturday. Officer Adam Laurent and Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrest on Saturday at 12:59 a.m. at on Ocean Boulevard.
George F. Drew, 666 N. Br., Haverhill, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated — subsequent offense on Saturday. Officers David Hersey and Jeff Baillargeon made the arrest at 1:28 a.m. on Ocean Boulevard.
Matthew Lalli, 286 Salem St., Bradford, was issued a summons for transporting an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. Officer Hersey issued the summons on Ocean Boulevard on Saturday at 1:28 a.m.
