NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

r Cecilio Perez III, 25, 104 Elm St., Amesbury, was issued a summons at 1:02 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving without a license and speeding. Officer William Steeves issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

r Jane E. Hoegen, 53, 15 Court St., North Andover, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding in violation of special regulations and marked lanes violation. Officer Steeves made the arrest on Merrimac Street.

r Carmel Silencieux, 39, 62 Lafayette Park, Lynn, was issued a summons at 6:18 a.m. Saturday on a charge of driving without a license. Officer Steeves issued the summons on North Atkinson Street.

r Patti J. Brunelle, 44, 17 Beacon St., Haverhill, was issued a summons at 7:06 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Steeves issued the summons on Norman Avenue.

r Paul M. Ahearn, 58, 104 Foxwood Circle, Peabody, was issued a summons at 2 a.m. Sunday on a charge of driving without a license. Officer Matthew Simons issued the summons on I-95 southbound ramp.

r Sharon M. Beaupre, 47, 201 Northern Blvd., Newburyport, was issued a summons at 6:01 a.m. on Sunday on a charge of driving without a license. Officer Steeves issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

r Fabio Godoy, 28, 24 Batchelder Road, Seabrook, was issued a summons at 5:33 p.m. Sunday on charges of driving without a license and speeding. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

r Loni C. Gonzalez, 23, 86 Knox St., Lawrence, was issued a summons at 9:08 p.m. on Friday on charges of driving without a license, motor vehicle lights violation and red lights violation. The summons were issued on Pike Street.

r Michael Johnson, 42, 137 Main St., Salisbury, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on Saturday on charges of domestic assault and battery, domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. The arrest was made on Bridge Road.

r William R. Dow, 41, 4 A Page Lane, Hampton, N.H., was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Saturday on a warrant. William R. Dow made the arrest on Ocean Street.

r Diana Penny, 27, 1300 Main St., Holden, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on Saturday on charges of domestic assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Officer Robert Ferullo made the arrest on Central Avenue.

r Joseph N. Delgrosso, 25, 6 Styles St., Haverhill, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officer Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Broadway Street.

r Gary Arnold, 21, 6 Laurel Ave., Plaistow, N.H., was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officer Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Broadway Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

r Jamie L. Brown, 19, 198 North Lane, Granville, was issued a summons at 8:46 p.m. on Friday on charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol and minor transporting alcohol. Officer Michael J. Purvis issued the summons on Macy Street.

r Chelsea P. Pilkington, 17, 83 Pleasant Valley Road, Amesbury, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Saturday and charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol. Officer Raymond R. Landry made the arrest on Pleasant Valley Road.

r Richard Flyer, 47, 4 Oakland Ave., Metheun, was issued a summons at 11:34 on Saturday on charges of driving without a license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

r Matthew L. Wilinsky, 26, 71 Lake St., Salem, N.H., was issued a summons at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Sgt. Lawrence Kent issued the summons.

WEST NEWBURY

r John Cardinale, 22, 8977 Stone Harbour Loop, Bradenton, Fla., was issued a summons on Sunday on a charge of driving without a license. Officer Eric Forni issued the summons on Bridge Street.

MERRIMAC

r Frank J. Carvalho, 50, 1 Farrington Field Road, Merrimac, was arrested on a warrant on Saturday. Sgt. Eric Shears made the arrest.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

r Molly E. Maguire, 19, 53 Hamilton Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Officer Eric Ryan issued the summons on Center Street.

r Barry J. Bly, 46, 72 Bradford Ave., Haverhill, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday on a charge of driving without a license. Officer James Morton made the arrest on Salem Street.

r Lianne M. Dicicco, 19, 20 Pinecone Drive, Seabrook, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday on a warrant. Officer James Morton made the arrest on Salem Street.

r Scott A. Mallett Jr., 30, 19 Coring Road, Revere, was issued a summons at 11 p.m. on Sunday on a charge of violating a protection order. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on Main Street.

r Douglas T. Evans, 46, 207 Rowley Bridge Road, Topsfield, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Sunday on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop, speeding and negligent driving to endanger. Officers Garrett Grier and Michael Traister made the arrest on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following itema were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Rene Bouchie, 43, 1 Crawford Pines, Bartlett, N.H., was issued a summons at 1:45 p.m. Thursday on charges of negligent driving, failure to stay within marked lanes, speeding and a seat belt violation. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Newbury.

r Robert Charron, 47, 5 17th Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons on Saturday on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. Trooper Michael Topping issued the summons in Haverhill.

r Jose Navarro, 23, was issued a summons at 12:45 a.m. on Saturday on a charge of driving without a license. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Haverhill.

r Robert David, 49, 5 Vine St., Haverhill, was issued a summons on Sunday on a charge of driving an uninspected car. Trooper Michael Topping issued the summons in Amesbury.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

r John S. Turrisi, 43, 3 Cross Beach Road, Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday, at 11:47 a.m. officer Jeremy Tetreault made the arrest on Route 1.

r Shane G. Moore, 17, 34 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday at 6 p.m. The arrest was made at the police station by officer John Mounsey.

r Kasie Randall, 17, 17 Worthley Ave., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another on Thursday at 11:51 a.m. Mounsey made the arrest at the police station.

r Douglas Edward Tierney, 20, 270 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant on Thursday at 10:48 p..m. Officers Kevin Gelineau and Justin Murphy made the arrest on Route 286.

r Two juvenile arrests were made on Thursday, one at 4:16 p.m. by Mounsey on Lower Collins Street, and the other at 5:44 p.m. by officer James Deshaies on South Main Street. No charges were disclosed in the log.

r Ryan J. Sweeney, 17, of 78A South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs on Thursday at 12:07 a.m. Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest on South Main Street. A juvenile was also arrested at the time, but no charges were disclosed.
