Timothy D. Gagnon, 26, of 12 Temple St., Apt. Steven J. Giaquinta, 55, of 338 Sherwood Glen, Somersworth, N.H.; fugitive from justice on court warrant, dismissed (Salisbury).

Miguel Rodriguez, 27, of 2 Clocktower Place, Apt. 416, Nashua N.H.; driving without a license, dismissed with court costs of $50, $50 victim-witness assessment; speeding, responsible, $240 assessment (Merrimac).

Katelyn P. Hinds, 18, of 196 Boston St., Apt. B, Middleton; underage possession of alcohol, continued without finding for three months, $50 in court costs, $50 victim-witness assessment(Newburyport).

Matthew D. Taffel, 30, of 19 Woodland St., Newburyport; driving without a license, dismissed (Newburyport).

Jason E.
