Police Logs

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

r Tonya Dailey, 36, of 35 Hutchinson St., Revere, was arrested Saturday at 2:11 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. The arrest was made on Route 1.

r Jodi Miles, 31, of 351 Lynn St., Malden, was arrested Sunday at 1:08 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, possession of a class D substance and a marked lanes violation, and Kenneth Powers, 31, of 341 Lynn St., Malden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The arrests were made on Route 1.

r Shaun Dearborn, 29, of 87 Stowers St., Revere, was arrested Sunday at 2:47 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), driving with an open container of alcohol, driving without a license (third offense), driving without registration, driving without insurance and a license plate violation. The arrest was made on Haverhill Street.

r Robert Diehl, 47, of 320 Main St., Rowley, and Rita Deragon, 48, of 86 Summer St., Haverhill, were issued summonses Sunday at 11:31 p.m. for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Deragon was also issued a summons for allowing unlicensed driving. The summonses were issued on Main Street.

r Paul Stocker, 22, of 5 Main St., Malden, was issued a summons Monday at 4:03 p.m. for driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident and failing to stop for a stop sign. The summons was issued on Route 1.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Daniel Crowley Jr., 41, of 185 Hanscom Road, Eliot, Maine, was arrested Monday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Matthew Heaphy made the arrest in Merrimac.

r Thomas Gilman, 24, no address given, was arrested yesterday and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Trooper Joshua Ulrich made the arrest in Newburyport.
