NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, July 24, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Gregory Green, 47, 177 Rover Road, West Newbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment, $250 Operating Under Intoxication Fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication-Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment (Newbury).

Tyler M. Knight, 18, 10 Frances Drive, Newburyport; possession of alcohol by a person less than 21 years of age, continued without finding, $50 court cost, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Aleshia Gonzalez, 31, 96 Auburn St., Apt. 3 floor, Lawrence; shoplifting, guilty, $100 fine, restitution payment of $50 to Stop & Shop; arrestee furnish false name/social security number; guilty, one year administrative probation (Amesbury).

Patrick I Abenante, 23, 5 58th St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol — second offense, guilty, nine months in the house of correction, suspended with three years' probation conditioned upon completing the 14-day inpatient substance abuse treatment program at Worcester State Hospital and following all aftercare recommended and remaining drug and alcohol free, two-year loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF (Newburyport).

Amy M. Salton, 22, 575 Common St., Apt. 206, Lawrence; larceny of more than $250, continued without finding and probation for 18 months, sending a letter of apology to the victim and 20 hours of community service, $90 VWF (Amesbury).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook the week ending Friday, July 24.

Michael D. Harrison, 20, 12 Glenwood Ave., Salisbury; driving while intoxicated while being a person under 21 years of age, guilty, 18-month loss of license and $600 fine. If Harrison completes an impaired drivers intervention program within 45 days, the loss of license could be reduced to 12 months (N.H. State Police).

Sheila Dunkerley, 19, 3 Hess Lane, Seabrook; unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, guilty, $300 fine, no license revocation ordered (Seabrook).

Chris Thassey, 26, 27 Middle Road, Amesbury; driving without a valid license, guilty, $120 fine (Seabrook).

Guillermo Caceresagel, 25, 78 East Haverhill St., Lawrence, possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $120 fine (Seabrook).

Michael Reese O'Leary, 26, 77 South Main St., Seabrook; possession of controlled drugs, marijuana; possession of controlled drugs, hydrocodone; possession of controlled drugs, clonazepam. Case transferred to Rockingham County Superior Court for grand jury action (Rockingham County Sheriff).
