NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, July 22, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

David Jones, 18, of 13 Olde Tavern Lane, Amesbury; possession of alcohol while under 21, continued without a finding for six months, $50 in court costs, $50 victim-witness assessment (Amesbury).

Jillian E. Lewis, 18, of 81 Congress St., Amesbury; possession of alcohol while under 21, continued without a finding for six months, $50 in court costs, $50 victim-witness assessment(Amesbury).

George Snow, 18, of 30 Main St., Salisbury; driving without a license, dismissed upon payment of $100 fine, $50 victim-witness assessment (Salisbury).

Dennis B. Curley Jr., 19, of 1 Arlington St., Amesbury; violation of a restraining order, continued without a finding for two years, $200 in court costs, $50 victim-witness assessment, $350 batterer's fee, $25 fee (Amesbury); assault and battery, six months in the house of correction, 26 days to be served, balance suspended for 18 months; witness intimidation, continued without a finding for two years; destruction of property under $250, guilty, $179 restitution; possession of marijuana, continued without a finding for two years; possession of a class E substance, continued without a finding for two years, must attend substance abuse prevention classes, abide by restraining order, submit to mental health evaluations, attend a parenting program, $90 victim-witness assessment; reckless operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for two years, entry into the State Courts Against Road Rage program, $200 in court costs, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $50 victim-witness assessment; driving without a license, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Katherine Doyle, 20, of 26.5 Winter St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without a finding for six months, 210-day loss of license, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $250 to Operating Under the Influence Fund, $50 to Operating Under the Influence Injury Fund, $50 victim-witness assessment, entry into alcohol safety program; negligent driving, continued without a finding for six months; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; leaving the scene of property damage, concurrent with count one (Amesbury).

Peter Zafris, 21, of 23 Pleasant St., Rowley; assault and battery, dismissed due to failure to prosecute (Rowley).

Herbert Campbell, 30, of 2 Talbot Ave., North Billerica; disorderly conduct, guilty, $200 fine, $50 surfine, $50 victim-witness assessment; driving with an open container of alcohol, not responsible (Salisbury).

Anthony J. Klufts, 21, of 30 Hope Drive, Amesbury; driving with a suspended license, dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs and $50 victim-witness assessment; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Merrimac).

Benjamin Brink, 18, of 88 Lime St., Newburyport; possession of a class D substance, continued without a finding for one year, $200 in court costs, $50 victim-witness assessment(Newburyport); possession of alcohol while under 21, continued without a finding for six months, 20 hours of community service (Newburyport).

John C. Stone, 25, of 30 Hill St., Newburyport; assault and battery, failure to prosecute (Newburyport).

Stephen E. Gonzalo, 43, of 101 Birchwood Point, Amesbury; threat to commit a crime, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, 26 days deemed served; disorderly conduct, guilty, concurrent with count one (Newburyport).

Vincent Williams, 44, of 3 M St., Newburyport; driving with a suspended license, dismissed upon payment of $50 in court costs (Newbury).

Evelyn Y. Emerson, 37, of 334 Main St., West Newbury; assault and battery, continued without a finding for six months, must attend anger management classes, six months of probation (Newbury).
