Joel S. Marchitelli, 27, 36 High St., Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 7:06 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of property damage. Officers John Schmidt and Michael Wilichoski made the arrest on Malcolm Hoyt Drive.
NEWBURY

Michele Elizabeth Savage, 22, 31 Kendall Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 4:58 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Joseph Anderson made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:
Dennis R. Jackson, 19, homeless, was arrested Sunday at 6:05 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Steve Reed, Jason Kooken and David Noyes made the arrest.
Eddie Sousa, 23, 16 Pine Cove Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 7:45 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, disorderly conduct and witness intimidation. Officers Reed, Noyes, Kevin Donovan and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on River Court.
Scott Allen True, 17, 164 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 3:02 a.m. and charged with possession of alcohol while under 21, driving with an open container of alcohol and receiving stolen property over $250. The arrest was made on Whitehall Road.
Totianna S. Brown, 18, 101 Pleasant Valley Road, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 3:49 p.m. and charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. Officer Craig Bailey and Sgt. Albert Chatigny made the arrest on Pleasant Valley Road.
Candyce McGurren, 25, 164 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 9:35 p.m. on two warrants. Officers David Noyes and Larry Bybee made the arrest on Whitehall Road.
Amish B. Patel, 29, 94 Great Woods Road, Saugus, was issued a summons Tuesday at 12:34 a.m. on a charge of driving with a revoked license. Officer Steven Reed issued the summons on Macy Street.
SALISBURY
The following item was recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:
Richard G. Haddad, 39, of 52 Wilmot St., Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 7:47 p.m. on a warrant and charged with driving with a revoked license, marked lanes violation and equipment violation. Marie Haddad, 62, same address, was issued a summons for allowing improper operation of a vehicle. Officers Timothy Hunter and Eugene Scione issued the summonses on Broadway.
Nicholas Loomis, 20, 21 Old Farm Road, Salem, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 1:42 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Broadway.
John S. Forian, 45, 9120 Telfer Run, Orlando, Fla., was issued a summons Saturday at 4:52 p.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Officer Anthony King made the arrest on Pike Street.
Barbara E. Hanrahan, 44, 1 Stanley Drive, Chicopee, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:08 p.m. on charges of driving with a revoked registration and driving uninsured. Officer King issued the summons on Lafayette Road.
Rachelle A. Grainey, 21, 229 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 10:55 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Beach Road.
Richard Dallas Kamieneski, 24, 25 Cushing St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:57 p.m. on a charge of leaving the scene of property damage. Officers Daniel McNeil, Scione and Dellaria issued the summons on Mudnock Road.
John B. Barile, 45, 10 King St., Watertown, was arrested Sunday at 4:04 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Robert Roy and Scione made the arrest on Central Avenue.
Jason P. Turgeron, 23, 1 Bolduc St., Methuen, was arrested Monday at 11:20 p.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license (second time for being a habitual traffic offender) and failure to have an inspection sticker. Officer Craig Lesage made the arrest on Elm Street.
John B. Basile Jr., 45, 10 Key St., Watertown, was arrested Sunday at 4:04 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Scione and Robert Roy made the arrest on Broadway.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the log of the Seabrook police:
Matthew E. Donahue, 19, 342 St. Joseph Ave., Fitchburg, was arrested Thursday at 1:21 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, disobeying police and driving with a revoked registration. Officers John Mounsey and David Hersey made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.
Erica Stocker, 34, 7 Laura Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 6:42 p.m. and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. Officer Adam Laurent made the arrest on Liberty Lane.
Vincent P. Beraldi, 20, 55 Hazelwood Court, Dalton, was arrested Friday at 10:07 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Mounsey and Hersey made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.
Roarke W. Hess, 21, 80 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 3:15 p.m. on a warrant and also charged with resisting arrest, two counts of threatening to commit a crime and drug possession. Officers Jeffrey Baillargeon, Kevin Gelineau and Patrick Smart made the arrest on Washington Street.
Kimberly M. Burt, 39, 11 Aubin St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 3:35 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (subsequent offense). Officer Smart made the arrest on Route 286.
Frederick R. Tuttle, 59, 6 Pine Crest Condos, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 9:27 p.m. and charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol and conduct after an accident. Officers Keith Dietenhofer and Mounsey made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Vanessa Griffith, 21, 96 Hilldale Ave., South Hampton, was arrested Sunday at 1:01 a.m. and charged with drug possession. Officers Adam Laurent and Mounsey made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.
Richard K. White, 18, 28 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury, and one juvenile were arrested Monday at 10 a.m. and charged with drug possession and unlawful possession of alcohol.
