NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Nicholas Swartz, 19, 3 Doe Run Road, Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 11:37 p.m. and charged with trespassing. Officers Charles Eaton and John Schmidt made the arrest on Doe Run Drive.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Matthew Dolan, 32, 1 Harvest Drive, North Andover, was issued a summons Friday at 11:31 p.m. for driving without a license. Officer Steven Reed issued the summons on Macy Street.

Derek Spinney, 19, 3 Oak St., Amesbury, was arrested yesterday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with underage possession of alcohol. Detective David Pare made the arrest on Hillside Avenue.

Police placed two people into protective custody over the weekend.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Steven Reynolds, 19, 49 Deep Meadows, Exeter, N.H., and Corey Nardone, 18, 280 Dodge Road, Rowley, were arrested Friday at 6:49 p.m. Reynolds was arrested on a warrant, and Nardone was charged with driving without a license. Officers James Leavitt, Craig Lesage and Daniel McNeil made the arrest on Beach Road.

William Wagner, 58, 104 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 10:44 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), driving without a license, driving without registration, driving without insurance and a marked lanes violation. Officers Leavitt and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Beach Road.

Theresa McDonald, 34, 4 Buxton Drive, Danvers, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:50 a.m. for driving without a license. Officers Szymkowski and Keith Forget issued the summons on Main Street.

Michael Mahoney, 20, 78 Riverview St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 2:12 p.m. and charged with driving without a license, driving without a license in possession and failing to signal. Officers Forget and Szymkowski made the arrest on Beach Road.

Police placed one person into protective custody over the weekend.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Christie Dolan, 26, 440 North Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 9 p.m. for driving without registration, driving without insurance and driving without an inspection sticker. Officer Garrett Greer issued the summons.

Justin Nugent, 21, 26 Frying Pan Lane, Stratham, N.H., was arrested Friday at 9:20 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Officers Greer and James Morton made the arrest on Elm Park.

Antonio Yepes, 43, 24 Grand Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:26 a.m. for driving without a license and driving without an inspection sticker. Officer Greer issued the summons.

Christopher McCall, 30, 20 Edgewood Terr., Methuen, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:39 p.m. for driving without registration, driving without insurance and driving without an inspection sticker. Officer Greer issued the summons.

Alicia Anderson, 37, 94 Governor's Isle Road, Hampstead, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday at 3 p.m. for driving without insurance and speeding. Officer Morton issued the summons on Main Street.

Scott Allen, 29, 71 High St., Exeter, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday at 4:40 p.m. for driving without a license, driving without insurance and an equipment violation. Officer Morton issued the summons on School Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

David Heisler, 48, 26 Park Wood Drive, Pepperell, was arrested yesterday at 1:33 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. Officer Stephen A. Ringuette made the arrest on Broad Street.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Alan O'Connor, 37, 15 Plains Road, Ipswich, was arrested Saturday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), negligent driving, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Officer Stephen May Jr. made the arrest on Route 1.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

Jovan Calhoun, 25, 59 Chandler Mill Road, New Gloucester, Maine, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:45 a.m. for negligent driving, failing to signal, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Crowther issued the summons in Newbury.

Eric Fiore, 20, 19 Talbot St., Stoughton, was arrested Saturday and charged with failing to stop for police and driving to endanger. Sgt. James Cowhig made the arrest in Amesbury.

Jordan Wilson, 22, 259 Main St., Fremont, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday at 6:55 a.m. for leaving the scene of an accident, negligent driving and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Edward Johnson issued the summons in Merrimac.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Daniel Branson, 41, 278 Salem St., Bradford, was arrested Saturday at 1:40 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with an open container, driving to endanger and a marked lanes license. Officer Eric Forni made the arrest on Main Street.

Andrew Haack, 41, 17 Mt. Vernon St., Brighton, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:59 p.m. for driving without registration, driving without insurance, driving without an inspection sticker and a lights violation. Sgt. Dan Cena and Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Bailey's Lane.
