Colin M. McGuane, 30, 124 Airport Drive, York, Maine, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:44 p.m. on charges of violating an abuse prevention order and placing annoying phone calls. Officer Michael McGinnis issued the summons on Woodman Way.
Julie A. Whitman, 51, 136 Winter St., Haverhill, was arrested yesterday at 11:43 a.m. on a warrant. Officer Shawn Eaton made the arrest on Highland Avenue.
STATE POLICE
The following item was recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:
Craig Huberdeau, 48, 7 Lauren Circle, Sandown, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday at 2:02 p.m. on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving uninsured and marked lanes violation. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Merrimac.
WEST NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the log of the West Newbury police:
Stephen Huberdeau, 23, 26C Forest Acres Drive, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:03 p.m. on charges of driving with a revoked registration, driving uninsured, driving without an inspection sticker and domestic assault and battery. Sgt. Dan Cena and officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Stewart Street.
ROWLEY
The following item was recorded in the log of the Rowley police:
Julie A. Vienneau, 23, 9 Kings Way, Groveland, was arrested Sunday at 5:20 p.m. and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police matron, disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime with assault and battery. The arrest was made on Haverhill Street.
