Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Timothy Jean, 22, 4 North Atkinson St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:02 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop for police, failing to stop for a stop sign and speeding. Sgt. Stephen Chaisson and officers Eric Marshall and Kevin Martin made the arrest on Bromfield Street.

Timothy Coco, 23, 1289 Broadway, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 3:42 a.m. and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and resisting arrest. Sgt. Chaisson and officers Marshall and Martin made the arrest on Purchase Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Brandon Hickmott, 30, 453 River Road, Eliot, Maine, was arrested Friday at 10:55 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, a marked lanes violation and resisting arrest. Officer Michael Purvis made the arrest on Main Street.

Jaime Adams, 24, 52 Newton Jct. Road, Kingston, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a traffic violation. Officer Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Main Street.

Charles Palmer, 21, 114 South Main St., Newton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 2:24 a.m. for leaving the scene of an accident. Officer Raymond Landry issued the summons on Pond View Avenue.

Peter Lopes, 28, 24 Forest St., Rockport, was arrested Saturday at 1:16 p.m. on a warrant. Sgt. Albert Chatigny made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

Armarelis Arroyo, 24, 8 School St., Amesbury, was arrested yesterday at 1:21 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer Landry made the arrest on Macy Street. SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Scott Cunningham, 39, 67 Christopher Drive, Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 11:29 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), leaving the scene of an accident and a marked lanes violation. Officers Richard Dellaria and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Beach Road.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Kendrick Brown, 17, 352 Primrose St., Haverhill, and Steve Roman, 17, 47 North St., Haverhill, were arrested yesterday at 4:09 a.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance. Brown was also charged with giving a false name to police, unauthorized use of a car, negligent driving, driving without a license, failing to stop for a stop sign and a traffic violation. Officers Garrett Greer and Eric Ryan made the arrest on the Bates Bridge.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Louis Karon, 39, 81A Church St., Merrimac, was arrested yesterday at 3:40 p.m. on a warrant. Officer James Mikson made the arrest on Church Street.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Jan Krupowicz, 52, 83 Main St., Byfield, was arrested Saturday at 9:46 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and failing to stop for police. Officers Michael Balsley and Mark Smigielski made the arrest on Grove Street.

Huntley Rainville, 26, 117 High St., Ipswich, was arrested Saturday at 11:59 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer Keegan Stokes made the arrest on Route 1.

Jeremy Bocko, 21, 3 Jewett Hill Drive, Ipswich, was arrested yesterday at 12:52 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Sgt. Stephen May and officer Michael Croteau made the arrest on Route 1.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Elaine Fitfield, 34, 178 Watson Road, Poland, Maine, was arrested Thursday at 12:02 a.m. and charged with driving without registration. Officer David Hershey made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Dennis Perkins, 35, 56 Worthley Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Thursday at 10:52 a.m. and charged with possession of a controlled drug. Officer Jeremy Tetreault made the arrest on Cimarron Drive.

Francesco Urrata, 23, 3 Greystone Road, East Kingston, N.H., was arrested Thursday at 4:47 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Justin Simmons, 21, 51 Causeway St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 8:02 a.m. on a warrant. Officer Tetreault made the arrest at the police station.

Shawn Eaton, 32, 17 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 4:23 p.m. and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and trespassing. Officer Tetreault made the arrest at the police station.

Joseph Wright, 32, 140 Centennial St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 5:19 p.m. on two warrants. Officer Jeffrey Baillargeon made the arrest on Centennial Street.

Frank Souther, 24, Sands Resort, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Mark Richardson made the arrest on Brown Avenue.

Timothy Downs, 21, 94B Blacksnake Road, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 2:03 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Tetreault made the arrest on Railroad Avenue.

Christopher Barry, 19, 69 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 4:54 p.m. and charged with driving without a license and reckless driving. Sgt. Robert Granlund made the arrest on Washington Street.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday at 6:47 p.m. for possession of a controlled drug, underage possession of tobacco, driving without a license and driving without registration. Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Blacksnake Road.

Charles Sforza, 44, 24 K St., Hampton, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 12:22 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Tetreault made the arrest on Route 107.

Channon O'Hare, 27, 75 Ocean Drive, Seabrook, was arrested yesterday at 4:26 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

Diego Pojoy, 25, 15 Myrtle St., Lynn, was issued a summons Friday at 11:50 p.m. for driving without a license. Trooper Matthew Topping made the arrest in Boxford.

Sean Center, 31, 115 Thoreau Way, Lawrence, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:55 p.m. for driving without a license, speeding and a license plate violation. Trooper Anthony Gondella issued the summons in Merrimac.

Domingo Rosas, 37, 47 Collins St., Lynn, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:55 p.m. for driving without a license and an equipment violation. Trooper Thomas Canning issued the summons in Boxford.

Paul Rucocher, 21, 98-25 HRC HRDG Ext., Rego Park, N.Y., was issued a summons yesterday at 11:55 a.m. for driving to endanger, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Newburyport.
