George Forrest, 44, 19 Plum Island Blvd., Newbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:06 p.m. for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Sgt. Peter Finnegan and officers Christopher McDonald and Edward Rice issued the summons on Plum Island Turnpike.

Michael Tembo, 56, 90 Appleton St., Lowell, was arrested Wednesday at 6:31 a.m. on a warrant. Officers Matthew Simons and Charles Vorderis made the arrest on Low Street.

A 15-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:49 p.m. for assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Officers McDonald and Michael Sugrue issued the summons on Highland Avenue.

AMESBURY

Stephanie Greenwood, 35, 172 Whittier St., Newton, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 12:06 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Craig Bailey made the arrest on Kimball Road.

Berrita Henderson, 78, 34 Lafayette St., Haverhill, was issued a summons yesterday at 12:18 a.m. for driving without registration, driving without insurance and driving without an inspection sticker. Officer Matthew Cunningham issued the summons on Macy Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Joshua Gudis, 18, 29 Brush Hill Road, Merrimac, was arrested Wednesday at 11:57 a.m. and charged with violating a restraining order. Officers Stephen M. Ringuette and Daniel Ross made the arrest at the police station.

GEORGETOWN

Judy Flaherty, 52, 9D Laurel Lane, Georgetown, was arrested Wednesday at 12:45 p.m. and charged with driving without a license, driving without registration, driving without insurance and driving without an inspection sticker. Officer Jay Martell made the arrest on Laura Lane.

Andrew Konchek III, 23, 563 Sagamore St., Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 12:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Trooper Thomas Canning made the arrest in Salisbury.

Michael Mitchell, 25, 696 Westford St., South Portland, Maine, was issued a summons yesterday at 9:30 a.m. for driving without a license. Trooper Harvey issued the summons in Newburyport.

WEST NEWBURY

Matthew Benvenuti, 22, 19 Commonwealth Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. and charged with possession of a class D substance, driving with an open container and driving without registration. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Main Street.
