Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Mark Ledoux, 27, 4A Fair St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 4:27 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Officer Shawn Eaton issued the summons on Route 1.

Richard C. Giordano, 63, 137 Water St., Newbury, was arrested Friday at 5:02 p.m. and charged with having false Registry of Motor Vehicle documents, failure to stop/yield, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Eaton and Michael Wilichoski made the arrest on Titcomb Street and Pleasant Street.

Christopher Watkins, 24, 687 Cummings Highway, Mattapan, was arrested on a warrant Sunday at 9:14 p.m. Officers John Schmidt and Wilichoski made the arrest on Water Street.

Jay C. Larson, 43, 14 Woodman Way, Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 2:32 p.m. and charged with assault and battery and threat to commit a crime. Officers Charles Vorderis and Eaton made the arrest on Woodman Way.

A juvenile was arrested Sunday at 6:45 a.m. and charged with three counts of breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat during the day time and larceny over $250. Officers Dani Michalek, William Steeves and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrest on Merrill Street.

Francis ONeil, 17, 38 Ferry Road, Newburyport, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:56 p.m. on charges of possession and distribution of class D drugs. Officer Charles Eaton and Sgt. Chaisson issued the summons on Woodman Way.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Nicholas D. Rabbitt, 30, 75 Duncan Drive, North Andover, was arrested Saturday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officers Raymond Landry and Jason Kooken made the arrest on Macy Street.

Bernard Mcaulay, 52, 4B Page Lane, Hampton, N.H., was arrested on a warrant Saturday at 10:33 a.m. Officers Kevin Ward and Robert Chatigny made the arrest on Colchester Street and Congress Street.

Richard Reidy, 9 Pennycook Way, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:23 p.m. on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Thomas Nichols and Landry issued the summons on Main Street and Wells Avenue.

Daniel Shea, 35, 56 East Main St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:01 p.m. on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Kooken and Nichols issued the summons on Broad Street.

Jeffrey P. Janvrin, 19, 34 Macy St., Amesbury, was arrested on Saturday at 11:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Officers Landry and Denis Champagne Jr. made the arrest on Clinton Street and Cedar Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Kade Thistlewood, 25, 32 Seabrook Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:28 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officer Mark Thomas issued the summons on Old County Road.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

David T. O'Rouke, 49, 19 Virginia Lane, Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 10:39 a.m. on charges of assault and battery on an over 60 disabled injured person. Officer Michael W. Nary issued the summons at 25 High Road.

Katherine J. Depasquak, 40, 80 Spencer Knowles Drive, Rowley, was arrested Sunday at 12:56 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer Stephen Jenkins made the arrest on Martin Burns Bridge, Newburyport Turnpike.

WEST NEWBURY

Ivan Ortiz-Deceon, 27, 12 Charles St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 8:50 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a seat belt violation. Officer Barry Coker and Sgt. Dan Cena issued the summons on Main Street.

Maria Ivnay, 33, 12 Charles St., Haverhill was issued a summons Friday at 8:50 p.m. on a charge of allowing an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Coker and Sgt. Cena issued the summons on Main Street.

Mark Puleo, 47, 22 Tayler River Estates, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summon Saturday on charges of attaching plates, having an uninsured motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Coker and Sgt. Cena issued the summons on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Scott Nazarian, 37, 5 Houstons Way, Hampstead, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 9:30 a.m. on charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Newburyport.

Michael T. Price, 24, 17 Carlson Road, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 10:10 a.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Haverhill.

Martha Abourizk, 58, 67 Birchwood Road, Methuen, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:50 a.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Merrimac.

Liam Mulcaby, 42, 66 Farragut Way, Kennebec, Maine, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:35 a.m. on charges of speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Newburyport.

Petra Rydlova, 36, 109 Main St., Andover, was arrested Saturday at 6 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), marked lanes violation, speeding and operating a motor vehicle after having a revoked license, and having an ¬ºââ ââ open container in motor vehicle. Trooper O'Neil made the arrest in Georgetown.

SEABROOK

The fo¬ºââ ââ llowing items were recorded in the log of the Seabrook police:

Sandra Foley, 30, 53 Congress St., Amesbury, was arrested on Friday at 6:14 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled narcotic drug. Officers David Hersey and John Wasson made the arrest on Washington Street.

Michael J. Belanger, 33, 127 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday at 10:19 p.m. Officers Hersey and Wasson made the arrest on South Main Street.

Scott E. Anderson, 35, 5 Echo Ave., Gloucester, and James T. Dovidio, 43, 47 Weave Road, Seabrook, were arrested Saturday at 12:15 p.m. and each charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Mounsey, Detective Daniel Lawrence and Sgt. Robert Granlund made the arrests on Lafayette Road.
