Fraser, 55, 7 54th St., Newbury; driving after registration suspension, continued without finding and probation for one year, $200 court costs; driving an uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for a year, $250 court costs and $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) assessment (Newburyport).

Paul Decarlo, 21, 0 Martin Circle, Peabody; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF (Newbury).

Justin Jaynes, 19, 19 Ferry St., Bradford; carrying a dangerous weapon, continued without finding and forfeit of all weapons, $200 court costs and $50 VWF; allowing a vehicle to operate improperly, responsible, filed; miscellaneous vehicle equipment violation, not responsible (Rowley).

Robyn M. Difrancesco, 22, 93 Revere Road, Portland, Maine; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication-Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year and $250 HIF; marked lane violation, not responsible (Merrimac).

Maurico M. Gomes, 32, 14 Woodman Way, Apt. 15, Newburyport; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF; fail to stop/yield, responsible, $100 assessment; fail to wear seat belts, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Renee Marois, 34, 445 Willow St., Manchester, N.H.; receiving stolen property worth more than $250, guilty, one year in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and payment of $670 in restitution to the victim (Amesbury).

Jagtar S. Chatha, 56, 105 Hillside St., Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication-Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed; fail to stop for police, continued without finding and probation for one year (Newbury).
