Five Questions With ... Actress Holly Robinson-Peete

Daily News of Newburyport

Editor's note: Each day we will ask a celebrity, current player or former player five questions pertaining to the Super Bowl. Today, Bill Burt cornered the wife of former NFL quarterback Rodney Peete, Holly Robinson-Peete, an actress.

Who do you think will win, Pats or Giants?:

"We have a lot of friends on the Giants, and a few on the Patriots, but I believe the Patriots are the better team. I think they're good in so many areas. They are a complete team."

How can the Giants win?:

"They have to pressure Tom Brady and I believe they can with their front four. This could happen. The Giants are a scrappy team. They are tough. I wouldn't put it past them. But the key is they have to get to Brady."

Who is better, Tom Brady or Peyton Manning?:

"Tom Brady. He is better under pressure. All you have to do is look at the championships. He is the best in the NFL."

What's the most interesting aspect of this Super Bowl?:

"The fact that my son, R.J., who is 10, loves Laurence Maroney. We can't explain it but he loves him. We had to get him a shirt. He's obsessed with Maroney. I know who he is pulling for."

Which team do you root for now that your husband's career is over?:

"You know what? No one. That's the best part. I feel like the pressure is gone. We watch the games and have fun. It's a great experience. I've never had so much fun watching football."
