Learn to Skate

The Graf Rink, in cooperation with the Merrimack Valley Skating Club, is accepting applications for its fall Learn to Skate and Tiny Tots programs. Classes will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Please visit www.grafrink.com for more detailed information such as class times and cost.

Newburyport Youth Hockey is continuing to accept registrations for its Learn to Skate. The program is open to boys and girls from ages of 3 to 9 and runs 20 weeks starting Sunday, Oct. 14 at 10 a.m. Register before class at 9:30 or online at www.NYHL.org. Flag Football

TTS/Ipswich Youth Flag Football League registration will be on Saturdays until Nov. 3 at Town Hall Fields. Grades 1 and 2 will be at 3 p.m,, grades 3 and 4 will be at 4 p.m., grades 5 and 6 will be at 5 p.m. The league fee is $50 and $40 for each additional family member. The family max is $100. Running

The 23rd Annual Winner’s Circle Running Club Wild Turkey Trot 3.1 Mile Cross-Country Run/Walk will be run Nov. 22 at 8:30 a.m. at the Pipestave Hill/Mill Pond Recreation Area. Proceeds to benefit the West Newbury Historical Society and the charitable activities and youth and adult running programs of the Winner’s Circle Running Club.
