The Triton girls lacrosse team will be holding its fourth annual preseason youth clinic fundraiser to benefit the high school team Feb. 26 at Triton Regional High. Registration is open for the Amesbury Girls Youth Softball League spring season. This program is open for all girls in grades 3-8 who are residents of Amesbury and South Hampton. The Amesbury Baseball Camp for players ages 6 to 12 will run Feb. 18 through 21 under the direction of Amesbury High coach Gene Burnham. The camp will be held at 1v1 Sports Training,Salisbury, from noon to 1:30 p.m. each day. The cost is $100 per player. The camp will focus on pitching, hitting and one specialty each day. The Triton Viking and Junior Viking Baseball Clinic, run by Triton coaches Ryan McCarthy and Ryan Sheehan along with team members, will be running at Triton Regional High during the February school vacation. McCarthy will be offering a Viking clinic for students in grades 4-8 and a Junior Viking clinic for those students in grades K-3. The Viking clinic (cost: $119) will be 9 a.m.. to noon Feb. 18 to 21, and the Junior Viking (cost: $69) clinic will be 10 to 11:30 a.m. on the same days.
