Hockey

The Graf Rink, in cooperation with the Merrimack Valley Skating Club, is accepting applications for its Learn to Skate and Tiny Tots programs. Classes will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Please visit www.grafrink.com for more detailed information such as class times and cost.

Flag Football

Spring registration for the 2014 Newburyport Youth Flag Football, a member of NFL Flag Football, has opened online registration. Register at www.syffl.com. Limited space is available for ages 5/6, 7/8, 9-11 and 12-15, and teams are coed. Games for ages 5-15 are all played in Newburyport beginning in April. Lacrosse

The Triton girls lacrosse team will be holding its fourth annual preseason youth clinic fundraiser to benefit the high school team Feb. 26 at Triton Regional High. The clinic will run 6:30 to 8 p.m. from students in grades 2 to 8. The cost is $25. Contact coach Stacey Beaulieu at Sbeaulieu@trsd.net for more info.

Softball/Baseball

Registration is open for the Amesbury Girls Youth Softball League spring season. This program is open for all girls in grades 3-8 who are residents of Amesbury and South Hampton. For more information and to register online go to www.agysl.org. Volunteers are needed for coaching, fundraising and league operations.

Amesbury Little League registration is now open. There are five divisions: T-Ball (sge 5); Single-A: Instructional baseball with coaches pitching (sges 6-7); Double-A: Instructional baseball with youth pitchers (sge 8); Triple-A: Competitive baseball with youth pitchers (sges 9-10); and the Majors (sges 11-12). The registration fee is $90 per child for A through Majors; T-Ball is $45 per child. Family maximum is $180. Parent volunteers are needed for coaching, fundraising and league operations.
