The Indians (4-1-2) dropped their first game of the season Wednesday night. Masconomet (4-2-2) scored two goals in the final five minutes to seal the win.
“We ran out of gas,” Amesbury coach Chris Kuchar said. “We have 10 to 12 sick kids right now. We need to shake this soon. It’s not a good time to be sick with a tough five-game stretch ahead of us.”
