Newburyport 46, Georgetown 45

Mary Pettigrew led Newburyport (6-6) with 16 points and five rebounds. Lea Tomasz added 10 points and five rebounds. Aly Leahy had six assists. Georgetown’s Marissa Agganis scored 15 points. Ali Newbury added nine.

Boys Basketball

Devlin Gobeil had his best game of the season, tallying 18 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks in the Amesbury win. Jack Fortin added 12 points for the Indians (6-6). Curran O’Connor had nine points and nine rebounds. Tommy Connors scored eight points, including two 3-pointers.
